"The rooms were okay. Breakfast was not much and it was almost empty. The little breakfast nook they have was very dirty and not been attended to. Empty cups and cutlery, almost out of everything (they only serve cereals and yogurt) and it was only 9am. There are no amenities. Just basic motel type accommodation. The bathroom tub didn’t looked like it was cleaned properly. And the front desk was always on their phone, conversing while checking you in. Wouldn’t go back"

Shoreline Resort

10/10 Excelente

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing stay! 6/5 stars! Everything was perfect from the very first day! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when we walked into our room, everything was just great. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another 14 nights! The staff was always helpful and made everything easy for us. We even had to leave a few days earlier than planned, and they handled our refund without any issues. Their kindness and flexibility really made a difference. Without a doubt, one of the best resorts in Penticton! The location is unbeatable, literally right on the lake. It’s perfect for enjoying the beach in the mornings, and waking up to those incredible lake views right outside your room is something special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penticton! 6/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
