"I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. "This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. "Mooie grote schone kamer. Grote schone badkamer. Prima bed. Alles aan wezig op de kamer. Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie. Lunch Prima verzorgd. Diner goed verzorgd de 7 keer dat wij er hebben gegeten was er iedere keer een ander temabuffet. Het eten was smaakvol en verzorgd en alles werd snel bijgevuld. Heel de dag door werd er schoon gemaakt. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben het Prima naar ons zin gehad in Kipriotis Maris Suites. "

"We had such a relaxing stay here, from the stunning pool and gardens, to the the peaceful rooms and atmosphere. The wellness classes are excellent and so holistic in the outdoor location. Kos Town is around a 25 minute walk, or 10 minute taxi ride away for restaurants and bars. The hotel is surrounded mainly by fields, which makes it a nice retreat from the busy town. "This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The service was one of the best I’ve experienced worldwide. All the staff made it a top priority to make sure our anniversary was made extra special and provided us with multiple specially curated things to ensure this. The room was very clean and spacious.
