"The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!.
