We were delayed until the day after we were supposed to arrive, and even then arrived after the office closed, yet everything was ready for us. Our only suggestion is to have two chairs in the room, and preferably one at the desk as well."

"The Silverstream Retreat is a great setup. The accommodation exceeded our expectations - plenty of room, all required services and was set in a quiet location yet not far from areas we visited. The onsite laundry was great. The staff were great and even thought we were there over christmas the servicing of the rooms met all of our requirements. Will stay here again"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again....
