"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. Didn't have much to do with reception after we booked in. There is a cafe near reception which was quite full on the morning we left. We had a...

"Parking available as empty rooms on ground floor. We should have asked staff to have a ground floor room as we're seniors. Room clean, bed not comfy for us. There was only one towel each and a hand towel. Would have been convenient to have a hand towel each and a shower mat. I had to use my hubbys towel for a floor mat in the shower. Warning; the shower tiles were slippery when wet. If we stay again we would choose a more expensive priced room."

"Room was clean, staff were nice. The staff at breakfast were lovely and attentive. The buffet breakfast was good the view was lovely.
Some of the room amenities were not great, the shower drained was clogged and started to fill in the bottom when you were in there. The hot water also took a long time to heat up. The tv wouldn’t turn on - I think batteries in the remote were flat maybe?"
