"There is a big parking lot for cars. Breakfast was good. I could not find maple syrup for the pancakes and orange juice one of the 2 days of our stay, but the rest tasted good including the chicken. Place was quiet and bathroom was with shower and a seat. In the floors there are different heights in the corridor so small steps and ramp are present. Near mall, atm and other services at walking distance."

"Muy buena experiencia en el Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y muy bien atendidos por todo el equipo, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno nos gustó mucho y también disfrutamos especialmente de la cena en ENVY, tanto por la calidad de la comida como por el ambiente. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas y, en general, el nivel de servicio nos pareció excelente. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos encantados."

"I booked through Hoteles.com, but some of the photos appear to be from Holiday Inn Resort rather than Holiday Inn Express, which was a bit misleading. The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean, but the overall atmosphere was different from what I expected based on the photos."

"This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved."
