Cute farmhouse

House is super cute and perfect for large groups. Very open and spacious. The back yard was beautiful for sunsets and ton of places to take photos. Would definitely rent this house again or even rent for a party at the venue.

Perfect for our group

This property is beautiful and convenient. We are a Girl Scout Troop with 11 girls and 5 chaperones. The girls loved the pool and game room. It was quiet and peaceful. One small suggestion would be a few more things for the kitchen. We had to buy a large mixing bowl and some potholders. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Retreat for a Wedding

There were 11 of us staying in this home for three nights for a wedding at a nearby location. We enjoyed the secluded location where we close to stores, but no close neighbors. The space worked very well for us. We enjoyed everyone having their own bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the game room that we could shut off from the living room.

Loved how spacious the house was. It was great for a large family. We enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and foosball. Also enjoyed the giant, comfy couch. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Had some issues with the shower in the bathroom off the game room. Couldn’t get a good balance of water temperature between the hot and cold. Also couldn’t get hot water in the tiny house. We just adjusted and used the hallway and master showers. This was the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The property was perfect for us and we would stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely charming and unique property. Really enjoyed the feel of the place. Close to Tampa/Lakeland, but felt very rural and private. Lots of activities in and around the home for kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect house for our Chica reunion

We were very happy with the house. Overall the amenities were great! The kitchen could use more dish towels, some casserole pans, some mixing bowls, pot holders and some rubber spatulas for baking. We also could have used some Kleenex.The middle bathroom’s shower soap dispenser was difficult to press /use.The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the huge couch in the living room where we could all gather together. We also appreciated the large dining table where we could eat our meals together.We would recommend your property!

Girls weekend away

We had a church conference in Brandon and wanted to stay together instead of getting separate hotel rooms. There was 15 ladies that came together and enjoyed a 2 night stay on this amazing property! It was everything that the listing stated. We would definitely stay again!

Great for families with teenagers

We were in town for a family wedding. Traveling with 3 kids 12,14 & 15. Kids loved the game room pool and hot tub. Adults did too. 3 private bedrooms and a huge room with plenty of beds and bunks. Great rural setting. Loved watching the cows in the back field and the pretty sunsets. House was very clean. Beds very comfortable.

By far one of the best vacation rentals

Country home vibe, super spacious plenty of entertainment options with game room and outdoor activities, kept clean and well supplied kitchen and bath necessities even body wash shampoo & cons provided ( never had that at a rental before) . Had an issue with the hot tub called the manager and was rectified immediately. And there’s Cows roaming near by what a beautiful experience - my large group of a family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return for a future trip- The Lozada’s

Awesome MTB getaway

We had a great time with the teenagers riding mountain bikes at Alifia and Carter Rd. This was the best location for us. The kids love the game room, the outside movie and the room the all slept in. The adults hung out inside watching the game and relaxing. The grill was nice to feed everyone one night. The other nights we went to some local eaterys. Good vibes and sweet rides!

Stay in Plant City

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here with our bridal party and some family members but there was enough space and things to do for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was the highlight we loved sitting out there and having the cows come up to us since we don’t get to see farm life like that often. The only downside I would say is for the money, there are some things that could’ve been updated or in better condition. Also, there were times when the hot tub would act a little funny, but for the majority of our stay it worked as it should. If we had a large group of people or other friends getting married close by we would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful property as advertised. Good communication with property management. Unfortunately pool was not clean and working properly. Notified mgmt team but was not fixed until 4th day of our stay out of 5. My 13 yr old was very disappointed. I’d recommend making sure advertised amenities such as pool/ hot tub are operating properly and cleaned ready to use. Otherwise, it was a wonderful venue. Peaceful, beautiful sunsets,private, everything is provided that you would need for a vacation stay.

Great place for a large group/family

Overall this house was perfect for a large family needing 17+ people to sleep. The mattresses were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. I would not plan to use the grill for a large group. Hamburgers were difficult since the grill was a little older. The patio and hot tub were awesome ! The scenery was perfect for a quite relaxing private place. Our daughter was married in Dover so the location was great and not too far from other things. All supplies we needed were provided. Great coffee maker! They answered all our questions when I called and asked. We did not have any issues w anything.
