En una semana que estuvimos ahi, no cambiaron las sabanas y colchas de las camas. Teníamos que llevar las toallas sucias al front desk para que nos dieran toallas limpias. No hacían la limpieza de los cuartos.

No queda tan cerca del casino
Muy bueno pero tienen que tener en cuenta el Hongo en el techo tener un poco más de limpieza en los baños , y no queda tan cerca del casino de noche es muy oscuro el ambiente para llegar al casino

We had a nice stay. The pool was warm and comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean and had a nice hot strong shower. All the staff were very pleasent and quick to assist when need. We would recommend this hotel for a quick stayover.

This was our second time here and it will absolutely be the last. The first time was fantastic. Great staff, great accommodations and clean. This time? Not even close. The front desk girl at night seemed very put out when we checked in our first night and claimed she was new. Fine. I’ve been new at a job in customer service I get it but it was her whole demeanor and being constantly on her phone whenever we saw her. We went to the desk to ask for another set of towels the second night for our two night stay and she wasn’t even anywhere near the desk when we got there. We rang the bell and nothing. We went back about an hour later and again seemed very put out that we were asking for something. The room had some damage to it and we ended up in a handicapped room which I felt horrible about because neither my husband or I are even remotely disabled and I felt that someone who has a disability should have that room. Was told no that we couldn’t swap rooms. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade just a comparable priced room and I would pay the difference if it was more. Nope. They have “quiet hours” from 10pm-7am. Apparently that didn’t apply to the people above us stomping around their room and banging whatever was in their room at 5am BOTH MORNINGS that it woke us up. I fully understand there’s going to be noise in a hotel but this was beyond unnecessary noise at 5am on a weekend.

We are sorry to hear your stay was less than satisfactory. In response to not being able to upgrade from room booked we do apologize but unfortunately, that was the room you booked and being a 3rd party reservation, we are unable to change room. We also had no availability for that night due to a large wedding party being in house even if we could change. Again, we do apologize. We did have a new staff member on during your stay, we did view our front desk cameras to see if any extra training was needed but we did not see any derogatory actions during her interactions with you. We are sorry that was the impression you got as she was just nervous.

Mattress with blood stains in them and because of that we had to change rooms but in the second room it was dirty too

We did look into your concerns of blood stains on side of mattress, and found there was some spilled magenta colored nail polish that our housekeeping overlooked due to location, and we have taken care of it. We do apologize as this should not have happened as we take pride on our hotel and cleanliness. We hope you will give us another try in the future!

Hotel was very dated. Not enough towels in the rooms for all guests. Room had a water leak in the ceiling that was dripping on a bed. Hotel needs to spend more money on its up keep for the price they charge. Way overpriced for what you get in this hotel.

The pool was definitely below expectations and that was one of the main reasons we went. The pool was dirty. Our room was fine except the lamp shades had never been cleaned ever and the heater sounded like a dirt bike every time it started up we had to unplug it in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t go back. Staff was nice.

Other television in our room wouldn’t work. There was an issue with the Direct TV connection. We were without television for our stay.

Our staff here always go over and beyond for our guests and no matter how little the issue is would never brush it off with a not our problem. If there was any issue during your stay it was never brought to our attention and we are not aware of any of our amenities not working. We do apologize if there was anything during your stay that was not up to standard.

I have stayed at this location twice and the last month. The executive King room is definitely much nicer than the standard King. If your room is on the back side of the building, it is very quiet. If you are on the front side, there is a lot of road noise. This location is right off I-395 and is very convenient to the casinos. The front desk clerk that is working during check-in time is very friendly and happy to help. I had an issue with my TV and she came to my room and resolved it very quickly. This location is pet friendly, which is nice and the rooms are modern. I will definitely be staying here again.

Room was clean, however the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear everything, conversations in the next rooms and the person singing in the shower above me. Other than the constant noise our stay was good.

Good little getaway
Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, wish there was yogurt. Pool was ok, slightly warm. Some of the hallways smelled of pot, but that is hard to control in a state that it is legal.

Disgusting
Chose this because of the pool and pets allowed. Pool was broken and no pets allowed. There as garbage left in dresser drawers and cabinet full of empty soda cans. Pull out couch was stained disgusting my son refused to sleep on it

We are sorry to hear your stay was less than satisfactory as that is definitely not the experience we want you to have. Pool is down due to maintenance and is currently posted on all websites. We 100 percent allow pets at a 25.00 fee per night. We apologize if there was some confusion on that? We hope you will give us another try in the future.
