"Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager."

"The unit we stayed in set the tone as soon as you walked onto the front porch for a relaxing beach vacation. The inside was exceptionally cleam and decorated with the ocean vibe. Just perfect! And being right on the beach is great too! We will definitely be back!"

"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

"Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already."

"We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Met the host and she was very nice! Thank you again for a great stay!"
