"Good location, easy access to all restaurants. Easy shopping. But then above all the special architectural features of the property. Amazing!! Everything is specially made for this place. Fits perfectly and makes you feel in a special place. Looking over the pool into the lagoon and onto the fields out over the blueish mountain ranges.
Also managed and maintained very well."

"The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The existing one is in bad shape, hard to cook in and clean. Listing says there are 2 bikes to share, but when we asked mgmt company they said no. The main floor needs chairs, even beach chairs or something to sit in- maybe a bistro set. The place was cute and comfortable. We did not have to use the AC. We rented a golf cart to get around which worked out great. The price was reasonable. More direction on how to access the beach would be helpful since there...

"I spent nearly a month in Belize, avoiding winter. I chose this location because it was far away from the hustle and bustle of town, but also planned on using the bicycles mentioned in the listing to get around, as taxis are incredibly expensive. No bikes, and they’re not replacing them, so if you need to get to the grocery store it’s about a 30 min walk. I recommend going right when they open at 8am before it gets too hot.
