Surrounded by nature and situated in a very quiet residential area, this property offers the ideal combination of privacy, comfort and excellent connections with the main tourist attractions in the province.



With 108 m² distributed on a single floor, the house has 3 bedrooms carefully prepared for rest. The master bedroom features a comfortable 150 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a 135 cm double bed, whilst the third has two 90 cm single beds and a ceiling fan, being perfect for children or friends. Additionally, the property has a second full bathroom.



The true protagonist is its magnificent outdoor space. Enjoy a large fully fenced plot with a lovely garden, a furnished terrace of 80 m², private pool and a pleasant charcoal barbecue area where you can share meals and evenings outdoors whilst enjoying views of the garden and pool.



Inside you will find all the amenities to feel at home: centralised air conditioning throughout the property, heating, wood-burning fireplace for the cooler months, 5G fibre WiFi connection, three televisions, mosquito nets in all rooms and a fully equipped independent kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably.



Thinking of families, the accommodation also has a cot and high chair, independent laundry next to the pool with washing machine and iron, as well as private garage within the property itself and the possibility of parking easily on the street.



The location is perfect for discovering the interior of Málaga. Within just 3 km you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and all the services of Pizarra. Furthermore, you will be able to comfortably visit such emblematic places as the Caminito del Rey, the Guadalhorce reservoirs, the Carratraca Spa, the Sierra de las Nieves or enjoy a day of golf at Lauro Golf or Guadalhorce Golf Club. If you fancy spending a day at the beach, Málaga and Torremolinos are just over half an hour's drive away.



For greater convenience, pets up to 5 kg are accepted, allowing the whole family to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
