BEDROOMS
Our home features 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, offering a total of 5 beds to accommodate your group comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV featuring Roku Guest mode, ensuring you can easily stream your favorite shows during your stay.

2nd Floor Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: This spacious room features a King bed and a ceiling fan for your comfort. It includes a full-length mirror, two extra standard pillows, a pack 'n play (with one sheet), and a sound machine to help create a restful environment for everyone.

Bedroom 2: Also on the 2nd floor, this room boasts a King bed, reading nook, and a ceiling fan. It comes with two extra standard pillows, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience.

3rd Floor Bedrooms
Bedroom 3 (Loft): Located at the top of the stairs, this cozy loft-like space features a Full-sized Bunk Bed (top bunk has a 250 lbs. limit) and a standing fan. It’s perfect for work or play, offering a dedicated desk area for productivity, as well as a small "play area" with a floor couch, children's books, and toys. Please note, this room does not have its own door, making it more of an open loft.

Bedroom 4: This bright room includes a Queen bed, a full-length mirror, and a portable standing fan. It also offers scenic views of Pittsburgh neighborhoods across the Allegheny River, adding a special touch to your stay.

BATHROOM
Our home includes two full bathrooms and one half bath, designed for comfort and convenience. Both full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including hair dryers, bath sheet towels, hand towels, washcloths, and special black makeup washcloths.

Main Floor Half Bath: Conveniently located down the front hallway, this half bath is perfect for quick and easy access.

2nd Floor Full Bathroom: This spacious bathroom includes both a bathtub (with shower) and a separate standing shower, giving you options for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse.

3rd Floor Full Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, this bathroom serves the upper floor bedrooms, offering a modern and efficient space for your needs.

The room also offers a variety of card and board games like Yahtzee, Sorry!, Uno, Monopoly Play, Cribbage, and more, ensuring fun for everyone.

Kickstart your morning at the "Coffee Bar," featuring a combination drip and single-cup Keurig machine. An electric kettle is also available for tea lovers, and we’ve provided a selection of K-cups and tea bags to get you started.

BACKYARD
Step outside into your private, fully fenced-in backyard—an ideal space for relaxation and gathering with friends or family. The area is thoughtfully designed with playground mulch, offering a soft and clean surface underfoot, making it safe and comfortable.

Gather around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the warmth and ambiance.

PARKING
Parking is a breeze at our home. There’s ample free street parking available right in front of the house, conveniently on the same side of the street. For added convenience, we also have a parking pad located at the back of the house, which can accommodate one vehicle up to about a mid-size SUV. Whether you choose street parking or the private pad, you’ll find it easy to come and go during your stay.

LAUNDRY
Our home’s classic Pittsburgh design means that the staircase to the basement is narrow and quite steep, and the ceiling in the basement is low, so you may need to duck slightly as you head to the laundry area. Once there, you’ll find a washer and dryer ready for your use, with a few detergent pods and dryer sheets provided to make laundry easy and convenient during your stay.

Other things to note:
Our home is designed to host up to a maximum of 8 guests. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property throughout the booking period—reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed. The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 8. Any unapproved guests or exceeding the maximum limit of 8 guests may result in termination of your stay without a refund.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Our check-in and check-out times are strict to allow us to properly clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please note that a $150 fee will be charged for any late check-outs.

Stairs: Please note that our home has multiple sets of stairs. There are stairs at the front entrance, from the parking pad to the backyard, and inside the house to reach the second and third floors. Additionally, the staircase to the basement is narrow and steep, but all stairs are equipped with handrails for safety.

Families with Children: We’ve provided outlet plug covers, a pack n play, a sound machine, children’s dinnerware and silverware, books, and toys. However, please note that we do not provide high chairs, booster seats, baby monitors or baby gates, etc. The bunk bed in the third-floor loft can be a fall hazard, and with the stairs throughout the house, close supervision is required to keep little ones safe.
