This was a nice home, very clean and pet friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and walkable. Host was cordial and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated off-street parking. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and while kitchen was generally well stocked, the only fry pan was very scratched up, but if you don’t plan on cooking that is irrelevant. About a 10 minute drive to local town and 25 minutes to Pittsburgh, so quite handy. Overall a nice place.

Accommodations were just what we needed. The house was clean and neat. The coffee/tea bar was a very nice touch! Especially the basket of snacks! Host was very responsive when the door code didn’t work. So we were very happy with communication! Thanks for a great stay.

Our family was driving from Maryland to Pittsburgh for my brother's wedding and the inlaws did some grocery shopping for us so we didn't have to. The host let them drop off groceries for us before check in. The drive was long for our 2 kids, mainly the 4 year old. The house was well furnished, kitchen utensils/appliances (even had a small air fryer!) and was family friendly. They even had a baby bullet for those with younger kids. There was a snack bowl next to the Keurig with various options, including flavored syrup and tea. The host even shoveled the driveway and put down salt for us after it snowed! They were very friendly and the kids enjoyed having their own room. There were plenty of games for entertainment. We also mentioned we were bringing a puppy and they even had dog food and water bowls for us! Next time we head to Pittsburgh we will definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely ranch house that met our needs perfectly for 4 people and two dogs! There was a stocked coffee/tea bar which was very nice (included a few snacks and bottled water as well) and a wine bar set with glasses and bottle openers (BYOB on that one). There was also a nice screened in porch that would be lovely in the spring/summer months.

The house was very clean, well-decorated and well-stocked. It is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is on the small side, but it was easy to walk our dog in the neighborhood, and there are many small parks nearby. Oakmont is a very picturesque town with very good restaurants and activities.

Excellent stay. My family stayed for a short overnight on their annual trip to the Penguins game. Nicest place they’ve stayed so far and will definitely stay again. It was a very easy drive out of the city and was a super short drive back to the turnpike. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. The Oakmont Bakery was a Sunday morning bonus!

I had to book last minute due to unfortunate circumstances but we had an amazing stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting.The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved the quiet neighborhood and the private patio where we could relax in the evenings.Our host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell she really cares about their guests' experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!We will be returning around the holidays to this same property.

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The house is not only beautiful but also located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood that’s perfect for taking walks. Every little detail was thought of, with all the amenities you could possibly need. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the sunny porch — so peaceful and relaxing. This was truly a wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great House for a Chill Weekend

This was a great house for me and my sisters as we enjoyed a weekend away from our everyday lives! The house was pretty and clean - and we loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings!
