Gorgeous Townhouse

This rental property is very nice. Three couples or a family would love it. It is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It has all the basic utensils you need to cook a meal and the washer/dryer is a plus! The drive to downtown PA is not that far. The owner Greg was quick to answer a phone call. Great trip!

Pittsburgh suburban property

The property is located in a safe and secluded neighborhood. Many of the residents appeared to be owners and were friendly and offered advice on local resources. Shops and restaurants are close and accessible. Host was very good in communication.

Home Away From Home

An excellent place! Immaculately clean, comfy, and well-appointed. Beds were especially nice, with high-thread count sheets. Communications were outstanding; we had minor snafu with a TV connection and Sam responded immediately with detailed information to resolve it. Quiet setting yet close to groceries, stores, gas, etc. Will absolutely reserve again if travels bring us here another time

Conference Speakers

Perfect unit to host out of town guests from Dallas and San Diego. Way more effective than 3 hotel rooms. They could dialogue on planning without having to meet in a hotel lobby.

Spring Run

We came to Monroeville to celebrate our Aunt's 90th birthday. The townhouse was conveniently located which meant we had less travel time and more time to spend with family and friends. We highly recommend 693 Spring Run as a rental.

Quiet but close to the City

This rental is in a very nice quiet community with enough green space for us to easily walk our dogs. The townhouse is just as pictured. Very clean. Comfy beds and enough towels for all. Just enough in the kitchen for fixing a quick meal if you didn't go out. We were easily able to travel up to Allison Park or into Squirrel Hill for dinner. We definitely would rent again.

Nice place great location!

Very nice property, welcoming and looks like pics. Well stocked, even supplied filters and coffee for drip pot and some sweetner and creamer. Plenty of space nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Great location to get anywhere in Pittsburgh.

Home away from home

I loved everything about this stay…..the two things I would consider before I chose it again would be my ability access Television channels that I am more familiar with without using The fire stick I prefer straight cable also the ability to control the heat. I could not find a thermostat so that I can turn on the heat.

Roomy and Convenient

The property was as advertised, and we felt it was very clean and comfortable. I was skeptical about the space because it's a townhouse, but we had plenty of room for the five of us. It was convenient to the turnpike and everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to get both cars in the garage. We would stay again.

Excellent home away from home!

The property was in a great location! Very nice residential community close to everything we needed! The owner graciously allowed for a late checkout which we really appreciated! We look forward to coming back when we can use the outdoor area and firepit!

Decent and clean condo

Everthing was good! I had asked for late check out but no reply from the management either way! This is a great property in a calm neighborhood. Had spices and dishes. Tv in every room. The propert advertised they had a Keurig but just had a normal coffee maker. Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants are all within a 7 min drive! Kenny wood is about 20 min! We wil stay again!

Comfortable, clean home close to Pittsburgh

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful house! It was great having a kitchen to make home cooked meals in, a garage to park in, tvs in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room! The home was well equipped and immaculately clean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed local restaurants and shopping, as well as a short drive to Pittsburgh to go to the Carnegie Science Center. Loved it and highly recommend!

Honey and safe neighborhood

My friend and I met up here and this place was just right for us. We had plenty of room. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It’s back in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes from tons of stores and restaurants and maybe 20 minutes to the downtown if memory serves. I would stay here again.

Just right

Comfortable and simple. Great for pets and families. The location is convenient and very quiet. Having a garage was a nice perk, especially when the weather wasn’t great and we had to unpack. The beds were okay, not great. The only real negative was the water pressure. The shower, while clean and with a nice hand held sprayer had no presssure at all and was hard to find a temp that wasn’t burning hot or cold.

Quite suburban townhome

This home is in a quite neighborhood and beautifully decorated. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very responsive to emails. I would definitely stay here again.
