The cleaning on the rooms, specifically on the lower row of rooms, it was a little dirty when we did the check in, the mirrors, the toilet

Poor condition. Widow when opened fell out. Badly patched holes behind doors. Guard rails falling off in the shower. Filthy carpets. Broken beds. DO NOT book at this "INN".

The staff at this hotel were fabulous! This hotel is very run down and outdated. There was no microwave in the room and the fixtures were drab. The bathroom was like a closet, super tiny. It is a smoke-free facility with designated areas for smoking but people on the ground floor were just stepping out of their sliding doors to smoke. My husband is a smoker and he walked to the areas as requested. The pool room was overly hot and the pool water was too warm. The smell of weed also hit your face as soon as you walked out of the room. Other than the staff I would not recommend this hotel until it gets a facelift into the 2020s.

Carpets were not cleaned and sticky. There was a lady bug in side the room and while leaving we saw a roaches running from bed into the bottom of fridge. Bathroom towel hanger rusted and door paint was worn out bad.

My initial impression was negative based on outside appearance, but became positive as we adjusted to the room. Everything was as expected for a Comfort Inn. It is an old building that they have kept in good condition. Staff were great. Typical breakfast was just fine.

i liked that is was close to where i needed to be and offered free breakfast. the staff was very nice to me. the room was clean. however, the fire alarm was ripped out of my room. there are no elevators and the walls are thin. in the room next door, the alarm kept ringing all morning. i could not sleep with it on. also, the remote did not work. it turned the tv on, could adjust the volume, but could not change the channel.

Staff were all so wonderful at the front desk. Hotel is old and rundown looking but our room was clean and thats all that mattered.

Hallways had a terrible odor. Carpets were old, torn in places and dirty Room was filthy. Not vacuumed, dusted, stains on lampshades, pillowcases and curtains. TV didn’t work. Plaster crumbling. Just disgusting. Will never stay here again. The photos on expedite are deceiving

I kept having trouble with the card to get in the door , so that’s not good when you have to use the rest room & have to keep going to the front desk ! The pool room needs updated! The pool itself was clean and warm ! No life guard though .. lots of channels to watch on tv , parking was cool , The bar should stay open past 10 ! The breakfast was ok ! Food to order was good Especially the salad!!

The bathroom had rusted out bars to hold the towels and walls that were bulging. The door not only wouldn’t lock, but would pop open. When we got there the toilet paper roll was about 1/4 full. It wasn’t until the middle of the night that we realized that there was no backup. The refrigerator was not very cold. We brought a small dog we paid for, but the grass was 3 inches high and she could not even walk in it to go to the bathroom. The key reader was hard to work. Etc., etc., etc. For what we paid, we could have stayed at a much nicer place.

Inaccessible. Was not told there was not an elevator, had no way to ask or reserve a room with accommodations for my mobility aid scooter. Ended up having to crawl up steps. Awful and was told "you'll figure it out" by the receptionist when I pointed this out. Will NOT be staying again.

The shower didn’t get warm in room 206. Was told there was no parking where there was that was closer to our room. Shower ceiling was moldy and caving in. Window was not secure in any fashion and could not be locked. Basically falling apart and dirty.

The fire alarm was going off from 2:15am until 2:55am I had to be at work at 7am. To me that was just unacceptable I went and slept in my car that night because of the inconvenience. When I went to the front desk nobody was even there.

The police showed up while we were there in regards to a worker being physically assaulted, the fire alarm went off twice at 3 am for no reason. Not very cleanly rooms either

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. The building needs some major fixes that are not at fault of the staff. Our shower wouldn’t work. The front desk was very kind. She called maintenance but they were dealing with something else and it was going to be awhile. She immediately asked if she could give it a try so I could shower immediately. She came to my rescue and I was incredibly thankful that she went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to. Breakfast attendant is so kind and truly kept the place stocked and clean.

The rooms were dirty… they did give a different room because of the dirty room initially given to us. We went to use the pool and there was something black growing on the pool walls, the restrooms in the pool area were dirty.
