Overall the property is fine. The main issue is that there is no human being you can talk to when there is a problem and the whole thing is run by AI. For several days beforehand I received multiple texts and emails saying the same thing. I had to rescan my driver's license to verify my identity the day of check in.The key code did not work when we checked in and the local phone number was AI as well as the main number. They just responded with generic answers so we waited about 10 minutes before a new code was sent. Also know that you are now texting with two AI services and getting the exact same response that is not helpful.Here were some tings that could have been resolved if someone called us:1. There were 2 small bath towels total in the whole apartment for the pool and shower for 5 nights2. The bath mat had a dirty foot print on it3. There was a noisy leak in the closet that no one came to seeOther things:1. This is a first floor apartment that looks out on the pool. All day Saturday there are about 40 young residents in the pool playing very loud music and partying right outside your window.2. The walls are very thin you can hear the conversation next door and people walking upstairs.3. There was stain on the carpet in the bedroom that looked like blood.All of this was just exacerbated by the fact that there was no response and still no human who reaches out since we have left.
