While the home itself was beautifully appointed and conveniently located, it was DIRTY! From trash bags being left upstairs, to dirty kitchen counters to mold in the shower it was not what was expected. The living room carpet was terribly stained and they failed to vacuum the rug. The property manager offered to have them come back but we were already moved in at that point. We did some cleaning of our own to feel comfortable enough to stay 2 miggts.

The property was just as described and is shown in the pictures. It was clean and very comfortable. The 3 2nd level bedrooms all had comfortable beds and were spacious. The third level is a giant master suite and is really well done. Having room in the back to park two cars is so nice when staying in a city. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. There was a small issue with the fridge water dispenser and kuerig, but nothing that took away from the overall exceptional experience in the house. The outdoor space is, small, but enough space to relax outside or let the dog out.The neighborhood is really safe and plenty of restaurants, shops and breweries within a 5-10 minute walk. Even my older parents felt safe walking their small dogs late at night around the neighborhood…everyone is very friendly.It would be hard to find a better pet friendly property in a location as convenient as this one to downtown, the strip district and universities, and stadiums (all about a 10-15 minute drive). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Friends Retreat

This house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. The location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and bars. And it was nice and quiet at night. Jonathan was so nice and answered my questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Lawerencville is agreat neighborhood. Favroite part of pittsburgh to stay when here for work.Comfortable house with plenty of room!3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are super comfortable! And bonus parking spots!Walkable to so many places.

Our stay very nice, and the area seemed safe for walking around. Appliances were in good shape, and where 2 private parking spots for us to use. We are very happy with our stay, we have a couple of suggestions for safety and customer care. The entire hand railings going between floors is very loose and could be a safety issue, especially with young rambucious children and teens. There is a light/chandelier in the middle of the living room that hangs from the ceiling that is literaly 5 feet from the floor. The average adult has to duck to get under it. It's just a little in convenient. This place is really a good bang for your buck. It was very clean and well stocked with linen and towels, hand towels and such. We would stay there again if we came to Pittsbugh in the future.

Fantastic spot!

The house is a vibe. Loved the setup and the amenities. Decor was adorable and it was extraordinarily spacious. So close to great coffee shops and other funky stores and breweries. Highly recommend this spot!

Family weekend in Pitt

This is a great house in a very convenient location. It was perfect for some family members and me for the weekend, we were in town for a family event. The rooms are spacious and clean and plenty of space for all six of us… We could’ve fit a lot more! Jonathan was great to work with, very responsive and we had a great experience

Perfect!

This home is completely as listed. Absolutely beautiful space and perfect for me, my husband and our adult sons. We visited for a baby shower and spent a day exploring Pittsburgh. Perfect location to walk or short drive to almost anywhere. Wonderful amenities and great communication with host. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Beautiful House!

We stayed for a weekend with friends and the location was perfect. We could walk from the house to get coffee every morning and enjoyed all the great storefronts on the strip. We were also able to leave easily and explore other parts of the Pittsburgh area. The listing had 2 parking spots behind the house which was great, and the street parking was also good for extra vehicles. The house was gorgeous. Everything was clean and there were tons of spaces to enjoy with our group. I’d only say to be wary of the house’s height. It is tall and the stairs were steep. If you have mobility issues, I would proceed with caution as there is no main floor bedroom. If that’s no problem, I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
