The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively urban hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
Two of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh, Fig & Ash, and Siempre Algo, are less than five blocks away, Allegheny City Brewery is five blocks, and a new local bar is only one block away!

You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for vehicles is on street (guest permit provided). Street parking is generally easy & abundant.

The North Side is a very diverse area. While it's safe, we have some unhoused in the area as well as substance users. They are not confrontational and don't bother anyone. However, people not used to / uncomfortable with this type of environment should consider other areas.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $2,500 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of sixteen (16) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to checking out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. If our cleaners arrive before Guest has left, Guest will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.

6. If Guest has to cancel their trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host will refund Guest any amount Host is able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund.

7. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

8. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found.

9. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing
- Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.
