Perfect House on Lake Bob Sandlin
The property was perfect for my Spring Break fishing trip with my two grandsons. There was covered parking for my boat and the dock was a plus for us to come in off the lake for lunch each day. The Xbox was also a big hit for the boys each day while i prepared our dinner. I will definitely stay here again.

Great time
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was easy to find, clean, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was fantastic! We had really windy, cold weather, but we still had a great time. We can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

The property was excellent. The house was set up nicely and was very comfortable for our group. We stayed on the enclosed porch when we were not at the boat dock, which was also excellent. Thank you for a wonderful time, and we are all planning our next visit to the home.

Amazing Place
We spent a few days here with family and had a wonderful time! The house is even nicer than described and super clean. The lakefront view and porch are incredible, not to mention the awesome boat dock. Scott and Liz were super responsive with all communication and the neighbors are super friendly. We loved our stay and would love to come back!

Beautiful hidden gem with the PERFECT location!
This is our second time staying at Moss Cottage and once again it was a PERFECT getaway! The sun sets directly in front of the back porch and the lake was so serene and beautiful! Thank you again, Liz and Scott for making our trip so amazing! We will DEF be back!

Beautiful recently updated lake house on a large piece of land. Large screeed in porch with gas fire pit, and plenty of other amenities. Highly recommend this place!

Lake Bob Sandlin, with a great view and fantastic sunset.
This was a great place to relax overlooking the lake. There’s a good dock for parking a boat or playing in the water in the summer. The house was comfortable and has all the accommodation details we needed. The location is great with easy access in a quiet neighborhood.

Weekend getaway
It was perfect for our couple of days to rest and relax away from “it all”! The host was easily reached when we had questions and very quick to make us feel at home. Beautiful views right on the lake and the neighborhood was so quiet.

Comfortable beds and good bathrooms for us. We like to cook so the kitchen was well stocked for us. Would love to come back again.

Perfect stay
Home was really clean and updated. Check in process was easy. Dock was lovely, tried fishing, but they ate our worms, just didn’t get hooked. Had lots of movies to pick through and Xbox and board games to play. Quiet neighborhood and close to Pittsburg. Hosts were super prompt with responses and really kind. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. Wouldn’t have changed a thing and will stay again. Thank you!!

Million Dollar View!
What a wonderful property! The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need. The yard and dock took the cake! Sitting outside on the screened in porch watching the sunrise and spending the day lounging on the dock made this a perfect weekend. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location from dfw. Spectacular view! Even with our Texas heat the screened in porch with fans was a treat in the mornings. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Easy communication with owner! You must do the slide off dock!

Beautiful Lake house with Gorgeous Views
We rented this home while in town for our niece’s graduation from the local high school. The house was everything we could have hoped for - beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything we needed, and very clean. The dock was very nice and proved to be the spot we gravitated towards the most, aside from the screened in back porch! We were very happy with our stay as a whole and can’t wait to return!

The Perfect Getaway
My wife and I absolutely loved this property! The home is in amazing shape, the screened in porch was the perfect way to enjoy the sunset while being free from worrying about bug-bites, and the kitchen is incredible for a typical lake home. There are also board games and puzzles. Our dogs came with us and loved listening to the birds and watching the boats pass by. However, some of the neighbors let their dogs roam without a leash so be mindful of that if you bring your dogs. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

The house and location were great. My only issues were that a gas fire pit was pictured on the screened in porch on the website, it was not there. The stairs down to the patio from the porch have some issues. The key coded door lock was troublesome , would rather just have a key.

grounds of property
the house was clean and comfortable. we did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels. we were only left one roll each for 6 people for 4 days. the grounds were wet and soggy from overwatering. all the women had to throw away the shoes they wore. fire ant were all over the patio and grounds. we all were bitten including the dogs. overall we had a bad experience.

Lake Bob Sandlin Lake House
Our family loved this home. Everything was as listed and pictures do not give the full story of how nice this property was. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spa like. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and then some. Family room was relaxing and we all had fun playing games. Between the dock and the screened in porch it’s tough to say what my favorite place was. We will be back! Thank you for a few days of rest, relaxation and a chance to reconnect with Family.

Peace and quiet
This was the most relaxing vacation!! Loved this property! Everything was as described by the owners. Beautiful view of the water, especially in the evenings watching the sun set. Dock and swimming area are great! Cabin has everything you could possibly need! The big screened-in back porch was the best! Watching and listening to the rain from it was awesome! Cabin was spotless, lots of games to play, decorations are delightful, comfortable beds and couches - the Moss’s have thought of everything with this cottage!! Thank you Scott and Liz for sharing this lovely place for us to enjoy! We will definitely be back!!

PERFECT family getaway!
We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Moss Cottage! The slide and pier were outstanding and we loved every minute of our stay! The house was beautiful, had EVERYTHING you could need and then some. We have 5 kids from 3 to 19 and there was something for all of us! Our teenagers loved the kayaks and our little ones LOVED the slide and Lilly pad. We will most definitely be coming back in the future! Literally the BEST view of the sunset! Couldnt have asked for more! Thanks so much!

This was my third stay, or fourth…I’ve lost count, at this VRBO on Lake Bob Sandlin. This property never disappoints because of the lake view and the ease of the home. It is comfortable and clean and just big enough so that we can all have as much privacy or togetherness as we want during our lake adventure!

Absolutely Perfect!
This amazing home exceeded all our expectations! We needed some family time and we were able to relax and unwind. We fished, swam and enjoyed the relaxing view of the sunset. Had a great time. The house is very clean and the open concept makes the house feel huge. The cat fishing is good off the dock with chicken livers. Don’t take your eyes off your pole to long or you’ll lose it lol. There’s a $150 Rod and reel I lost right in front of the dock.

Worth it
The place was beautiful and location makes it easy to get to nearby towns if needed. Loved the screened in porch to be able to watch a sunset without bugs. Loved the dock for fishing as well.
