The house is very spacious, clean and was perfect for our group. The only issue we had was with the wasps. The house had several wasp nests around the house and would have liked for those to have been knocked down/sprayed prior to our arrival.

Quiet getaway

I loved the property. I have actually already booked again for an upcoming family wedding. It was in a quiet location, friendly neighbors and suited my families needs. The screened in room was a bonus and made local family jealous. I would recommend this home to others. Check in was easy and house was clean and welcoming.

Wonderful Home

Great home in a great location. Not to close to neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Large enough for family to gather and enjoy time together. Big perk is in home laundry especially with kids! Definitely will stay again if its avaliable.

Not clean at all

We chose this property because of the reviews. To be quite honest it was very disgusting the refrigerator was disgusting the ceiling fan was disgusting the coffee pot was disgusting the restrooms were disgusting. The sheets did not look like they were washed or smell like they were washed. And everybody should know that before you stay there the water has a strong sulfur smell even after you take a shower you stink. During checking the key was not where it was supposed to be so we spent an hour and a half chasing the key down after a 12-hour trip. But on the positive note the directions were accurate. And the property manager communicated clearly and professionally.

Stayed for Nationals

I needed a place with at least 2 bathrooms to stay while we were racing at Lucas Oil Speedway for the week. I also like to have a kitchen when we are racing for an extended period of time. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bakeware, and utensils for making about anything. The oven could need a thermostat. The biscuits were a little crunchy coming out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6 adults.

A good project VRBO in the making!

We are regulars to the area for camping and are in the process of looking for some more options in stays so we tried a VRBO. The interior is a cute cabin like feel. Comfortably fit our family of 5 and could definitely host much more. The Kitchen is equipped with the tools need to prepare meals and we appreciated the extras items avail also that each guest has left. An area that need more chairs, mowing and/or landscaping os around the deck and fire pit. It’s basic with 4 chairs and move them as you may so and we took the chairs from the deck to the fire pit to have seats at night. The grill electric starter is not working but they had a lighter available that worked just fine. It is a short 3 minute walk or drive to the lake. The area is very quiet in a residential area surround by other close neighbors who live there full time. We didn’t get to see anyone so I’m sure they didn’t mind us too much either. Being in the woods brings lots of insects and ants so bug spray and a boat cover is a must! Your stuff will get dropped on quite a bit when parking but it’s washes off. Overall the price was right and the house was a good VRBO project. Keep working on it!

Family Reconnected

An excellent property for families to reunite! This house is well stocked and provides large kitchen/dining area for large families to sit around and visit! Sitting areas contain many couches/chairs to gather and be near each other. Screened in porch is excellent for enjoying your morning coffee! Easy to find with excellent access to the lake!

My stay at the house was very enjoyable. Justin was very helpful with everything. I didn't get to meet his wife unfortunately. I would recommend it to anyone. The wi-fi was good for the laptop and phone but not for the TV as the signal was just too weak.
