"Exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations! Karla (owner) is hands down the best host I’ve ever experienced. Polite, remarkably responsive and welcoming. Studio was very clean, well equipped, roomy and updated. Karla even provided a partition between the living and sleeping areas to allow us more privacy. Bed is comfy as well as the sleep sofa. Loved making breakfasts in the full kitchen. The large deck is a serene place to relax and take in the stunning redwoods and the views. ...

"I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future."
