"Fantstic house in the gorgeous Caporotono area close to Pisticci, 25 minutes from the beach. The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). Two outside showers and a lovely garden with a large covered terrace. "Our host Pietro was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information. The accommodation was clean and provided lots of room for 5 ladies (thankful for 2 bathrooms). Location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town of Matera. Lots of privacy and parking available. If we ever get back to the enchanting city of Matera would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment has an excellent location quite near the historic center of Matera and within walking distance of the Sassi. But the highlight for us was wonderful Pietro, the owner. Not only had he stocked the refrigerator and cupboard with goodies, but he also arranged an emergency dental appointment for my husband, drove us there, and acted as our interpreter. During our stay and afterwards, he checked up on us to see how my husband was doing, and he told us not to worry about anything...

"Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

"Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"While this location may be a five or 10 minute walk from the center and shops, it affords the best view in the entire city! There is nice paid parking structure within 300 meters. The apartment is spacious Terrace spectacular."

"Séjour très agréable, la résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue. L'appartement dispo d'une terrasse couverte qui devient une vraie pièce de vie en été car protégée de la chaleur. Marina di Pisticci est au calme et assez proche des endroits à visiter (2h de route max). La seule difficulté pour nous qui ne parlons pas italien a été la communication car nous avons croisé très peu de gens capables de comprendre et/ou parler une autre langue que l'italien."

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

"La Masseria es muy bonita, y la habitación muy amplia y muy bien decorada. La cama muy cómoda. En la parte negativa, estaría bien algún enchufe más para poder conectar un ordenador o cargadores. El agua caliente de la ducha no llegaba nunca…"
