"Clean and comfy. We stayed in a family room. Some discrepancies between what we booked on Expedia and what was sent through to the hotel, but was sorted by email and phone call in advance. Warm welcome and THE most amazing dairy free, gluten free complimentary brownies I've ever tasted. The room was lovely and just what we needed for a one night stop to break up a longer journey. "The hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and nice too. The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil. The surroundings are so amazing. "

"David and Lorna were lovely. Nice warm welcome and explained what was on offer and asked if there was anything that we needed. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us."

"My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay."
