Lovely spacious villa with great views. The villa was comfortable, clean and had lots of thoughtful extras. The Games room downstairs was a nice bonus. Pool was heaven! Local amenities all good though having a car is preferable and it's a good base to go to other places along the coast such as Paphos or up into the mountains and close to the stunning Aphrodite's Rock. So many beautiful photos there at sunset. Even in November we had temperatures of 27C. Wonderful holiday.

Great month in the villa

The villa had everything we needed and a lovely homely vibe. The owner, Ken was very helpful when we needed anything with very prompt responses. Michelle was also extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was quiet and close to restaurants and the sea but a car is required.

Beautiful villa which was very well equipped. Three lovely bedrooms all en-suite. Location great - 20 minute walk to the Pissouri village which has a lovely square with lots of restaurants. 10 minute drive to Pissouri Bay - nice beach with water sports. Good position to visit lots of Cyprus tourist attractions. Excellent pool and outside area. BBQ. Lovely residential area safe and clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic property

Absolutely fantastic property with all mod cons and then some. Ken is great to deal with. Responds very quickly. Can't say much about the location and area as we had to fly home after only a couple of days.

Great Stay

Ken is wonderful owner who has managed this booking superbly over the best part of 3 years with chopping and changing due to Covid issues. His Villa is a credit to him and his local rep Michelle as it spotlessly clean, has everything you could need and is very well maintained, but above all it is very roomy and comfortable and a real home from home. We stay regularly in Pissouri and have stayed in a number of villas in the Village and the Bay and we now rate this as the best we have stayed in. The slightly lower mark on location is due to cat and dog nosies that can be heard from time to time. This is obviously beyond Ken's Control and will not stop us re-booking .

The villa was a real delight. Beautifully furnished and comfortable and v peaceful area.

The villa is a real treat and fantastically comfortable with lots of space. The pool was the best bit and very much appreciated by all the family. Ken was very helpful right through the booking process and always replied to any query within a few hours. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but Ken sorted them for us straight away. The catch up TV and Ex-Pat TV were great for keeping up with programmes in the UK.. A word of warning - only use the Samsung remote control for turning the TV on and off. Do not turn the zoombox off or you will have technical problems. We accidentally turned it off the first day but luckily my daughter’s partner was able to fix it. Pissouri village is about 20 mins walk away and has lots of nice restaurants. We especially liked the Bunch of Grapes and Vrakos for authentic Cypriot dishes. We shall be very sad to leave later today and will definitely come back as the villa was so great.

Really good location between paphos and limmasol. Pissouri village and beaches really nice.

Very clean modern property great location. Very child friendly loved having the odd lazy day relaxing by the pool in the beautiful gardens with bbq area. Good views of the sea from the terraces. Can't wait for a revisit. 😁

Quiet and comfortable stay

Everything was well organized and as promised. We stayed in the villa at the beginning of May 2018. We arrived at 4AM and appreciated "first aid breakfast kit” in the refrigerator, as well as sustainability - some items (like baking oil, salt, paper, species, pasta, tea, washing powder and like) left by previous renters were available, not thrown away. We also made our contribution with some items that we run out of (like batteries and dishwashing tablets) and even fixed TV issue described before - it was just internet TV specifics, not a problem. :) House was clean, as well as pool and outdoor. Nice small garden will supply you with local lemons. Kitchen equipment was surprising - everything you would need if excited to cook, even gas grill in the backyard. The one thing I missed was blender, but it is essential only for parents with smaller kids or smashed potatoes lovers. All described entertainment equipment in perfect order and available, we appreciated board games. Several inflatable toys for pool were leaky, not a big issue, just small disappointment when you have put some effort on them. We had a problem with WiFi, but after consultation over phone, it was fixed immediately. Owner also had prepared local guide instructions in English. Pissouri downtown is in walking distance if you love longer walks on mountain roads (not trails, roads), but such walk can be challenging with toddlers, so, car is essential for those who are renting with children. Taxi service available in the Pissouri village, as well as one larger supermarket and several small shops. Beaches (Pissouri, Aphrodite) in 10-15 minutes drive. Closest restaurant is located in around 1km from villa, Hill view restaurant, and actually it had he best service and food comparing to others we visited in near and not so close locations around Cyprus. Villa has good location for hot summer days as we had nice breeze every day (house located 300m over sea level), and it was also 2-4 degrees Celsius cooler than on sea level, from terraces and pool you experience great view to Mediterranean. Quiet and clean location around (if you do not mind birds and “night sheep” :)). Thank you for pleasant experience!
