"The unit is very nicely furnished, well located, and the host, Megan was very responsive to inquiries. A larger living and dining room than most made it perfect for our group of 6 adults. No musty smell like a lot of other beach housing. And the 2-car garage was a godsend on Fourth of July weekend! We loved our stay and would certainly recommend it to others."

"We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. "

"The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set."

"This was for an anniversary vacation. The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood. Vanessa provided everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean. Very close to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. I highly, highly recommend! :)"

"Cute, well decorated rental. Quite neighborhood. Good food in walking distance. Great place for families. Communication with host wad non existent. I texted at check in, also tried to call. No response. The smoke detector downstairs was beeping, I asked in a text if there were any 9 volt batteries in the house, again no response. We had to go to the grocery store to purchase one and install it. There was no way anyone would get any sleep with the loud beeps. Downstairs bathroom toilet doesn't...
