This 3-bedroom chalet is the perfect spot for your trip to the mountains, you'll have spectacular waterfalls within minutes, close to Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forest, and Gorges Forest. The beautiful town of Brevard, with live music, restaurants, and craft brewery scene within 15 minutes.

You are greeted with an abundance of natural light coming in from the wall of windows in the living room. Offering plenty of comfortable seating to gather around the soaring stone gas fireplace and relax. The piano is a lovely bonus for your musically inclined member of the group.

The fully equipped kitchen has an easy flow, and the chef of the group and will have everything needed to cook meals during your stay. Between the eat in kitchen table and the adjoining dining room, there will be room for all to enjoy meals together. The screened in porch and the deck overlooking the front yard are the prime spots to take in the fresh mountain air.

The lower level family room, boasting floor to ceiling windows, offers more comfortable seating, with a wood burning fireplace, a large tv for streaming and the perfect space to play board games. A desk space if available for those who need to get some work done, while away from the office. Sitting around the firepit is the ideal ending to a day of exploring. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
