Amazing views !

This was our first Christmas without some family . This cabin was an amazing place to reflect and relax together. We have rented lots of places ..never feltMore welcomed than we did here. When we arrived there was music playing ,lamps on ,beds looked amazing ,and fresh cookiesFrom a lovely local bakery. Host literally went above and beyond.

Amazing house for a week away!!

We spent a week there for my daughter’s birthday and for new years and it was absolutely amazing! Luanne was such an amazing host and the surrounding town was truly the cherry on top

Glorious views and comfortable home

We have stayed in several different homes in Brevard over the past 25 years and the view from this home exceeds all others. The grassy area for walking pups is the best we have had as well. Luanne appoints all her properties with high-end furniture and accessories. Sheets, towels, and appliances are all in excellent shape. Furthermore, Luanne is easy to work with and she is very responsive.

Great location with nice views

Good location to town and 2 breweries within 2 miles of the property. Steep road getting to the property, but that is to be expected with a high point property and nice views. We took advantage of the grade by walking it with our dog. Would of appreciated some notice when the owner arrived unannounced to get some dull knives for sharpening (which we were fine with what was already there). I found this odd. The property is as advertised and the photos of the views are accurate as well. Having the garage was accommodating for our cycling gear as well. Overall worth it.

Excellent Birthday Stay

We rented out the house for a weekend in late February and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, spacious, and breath taking views. Central location, easy access to trails and the town, it was all we could hope for. Thank you Luanne for making my mom’s 53rd birthday very special!

Great location

Very nice house, exactly as described, clean and fully stocked. The location is great for exploring all activities in the area. The road leading to the house is very steep but it is not a problem this time of the year. Overall, great stay. My only surprise was the pet policy (no pets on furniture, etc.), this should be disclosed prior to booking in the property description. It's hard to fully enjoy the place where your best furry friend is not really welcomed.

Fantastic views and location

This is our second time staying in Brevard, NC and our first time at The Best Of All Worlds. It's a perfect vrbo, easy to find and literally 7 minutes from downtown mainstreet but tucked away on the back side of a mountain facing sunset and gorgeous mountain views from the patio and living room. I highly recommend staying here, we had a blast and the grassy fenced dog run is great if you can't trust your pooch off leash or want to play ball with your dog. There's a ton to do in the area if you like waterfalls, hiking, breweries, or mountain biking. Downtown has some really great shops and you must stop by for dinner at Square Root for a special surprise meal, we would have eaten there every night if we knew how incredible it was. Overall 10/10 we would absolutely stay again at Luanne's. Thanks!

Great Mountain Views

We had a great stay! Accommodations were very comfortable and the view of the of mountains from the deck was amazing! The house was close to Brevard, hiking trails, and golf, which was what we were looking for. Luann was very responsive if we had any questions. Great host. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax after spending the days on the trails.

The house was perfect and ideal for our needs - we had a great time on all accounts. The location provides easy access to town, grocery and more importantly to Pisgah National Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway South. Added bonus, amazing views of the sun setting each night. Thanks Luanne!

Great stay!

Great all around! Check in and out easy. Great directions. I didn’t need the host for anything but the notebook said she was close by if I needed her. Super comfy beds! Great pillows and bedding. Clean. Great fireplace. Def cozy! Great views. Steep drive up to get to the cabin but once you do it a few times its fine really. We were in a mid size car and it was no problem. Had we had snow or ice. Yikes. But the weather was great. We like hiking so this cabin is a great location to get to so many cool trails. Downtown Brevard is cute. We tried several local places for breakfast. Grammys, Brevard Diner, and Creekside Subs. We enjoyed them all. Would probably skip Jordan’s if your a young family. Great food for brunch but very expensive. Some places closed. Soda shop for ice cream cause you can’t not visit the soda shop. Not a town for after Christmas deal shopping except the one small little jewelry store down from the soda shop. The gentleman who owns that shop was so kind. Gave me a discount on a pair of earrings I purchased. Super nice. We went into Asheville to the outlets for shopping. BBQ. Luella’s two in Asheville. One north one south. Sooo YUMMO!! Great little area where the cabin is located. Nice homes. White squirrel running around. It is a perfect little cabin. I didn’t cook much. At all really. :). It’s called vacation. :). The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook. Ingles grocery store not far. If I could change one thing it would be the coffee pot. I am a K cup person. Brought all my fave Christmas flavors to find a traditional style coffee pot. A k cup is a better option in my opinion for guests.:) The upstairs shower is small but because you have a small wall heater I didn’t care about the small shower. That wall heater was wonderful🥰. All in all a great vacay!! Already talking of booking again!

Wonderful Experience

The house was lovely with amazing views, but the best part of our experience was working with Luanne. Never have I be experienced someone so dedicated to our satisfaction and enjoyment. She went so far as to personally deliver boots that my daughter left behind. Highly recommended.
