Habitaciones cómodas, desayuno totalmente malo, nada agradable y nada para escoger….. El auto estaba lleno de hormigas por dentro ya que el parqueadero está lleno de las mismas, incluso cuando llegamos a nuestro siguiente destino encontramos varias hormigas dentro de las maletas!! El check out es a las 10 am Nosotros nos retrasamos 20 minutos y la recepcionista llegó a tocarnos la puerta para exigirnos que ya saliéramos de la habitación, algo que me pareció muy desagradable!

Thank you for your feedback! Our breakfast is generally appreciated, and as you know already ants are natural in an open space, as our parking lot is. As for the check-out time, every hotel has one and that is because the cleaning service has to start and end before check-in time.

En general el lugar estaba bien pero la cama no era buena. La ubicación es algo alejada de todo y no se encuentran lugares para cenar cercanos.

Gracias por tu comentario. Lamento no haber encontrado la cama cómoda, pero la suavidad o dureza es parte de un gusto personal. En cuanto a su opinión sobre la distancia, en nuestra página web está claramente escrito que no estamos en el centro histórico, que está como máximo a 10 minutos a pie. Hotel pequeño excelentemente equipado y todo nuevo
Súper amables TODAS las personas de administración, tuvimos un inconveniente con el auto y nos dejaron dejarlo después del check out unas horas hasta poder solucionarlo, es todo nuevo en el hotel y con muy buen gusto. El desayuno es adecuado y el café excelente.

Fantastico
Un hotel con encanto, muy acogedor. La habitacion muy espaciosa, con un saloncito con cocina. El baño super nuevo. Wifi con buena señal. El desayuno magnífico. Está a 10 min caminando de la la Piazza dei Miracoli donde se encuentra la Torre. La verdad es que nos sorprendió muchísimo. Recomendable 100%

This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

Thanks for you kind review Niklas. It's a pity you didn't tell us about the shower, we would have fixed it in 30 minutes. A wider choice for breakfast is not usual for a "2 star hotel". Kind regards.

Good location
The hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.

We would stay here again. The room was immaculate, breakfast was very good, and it’s a great location; but customer service is not their strength. For example, although we are seasoned travelers; and despite Google having lead us directly to the front door of the hotel, we had a great deal of difficulty finding it. The only evidence of its existence is a sign painted on the wall of an adjacent building. Its paint is fading, located well above eye level, and perpendicular to the street. There is no lobby or anything to suggest there is a hotel behind the locked gate leading to the hotel’s front door. Its existence was finally affirmed by a guest who emerged from gate. She told us that “they don’t show up” until 3:00. Our reservation stipulated that check in began at 3:00 but we had hoped to check in early. We had lunch and returned shortly before 3:00; but the front door was still locked. We found another guest at 3;20-3:25, who let us in and pointed us to the room where the office was located. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and said the front door shouldn’t have been locked. The remote control to our 17 inch TV didn’t work. I called the office to request another remote. They told me that they would send their “technical expert” to our room. She arrived in an our, confirmed that our remote didn’t work; and showed me how to change channels manually on the back of the TV; but she eventually found another remote. NICE HOTEL with a SKELETON STAFF

Great value stay and almost perfect
Overall my stay was very good. The price, friendly service and large room were all excellent. The location is not the best, but decent enough given the small size of Pisa and everything was still walkable. My only areas I would suggest improving would be the towels and the mattresses. The towels seemed old and thin, and the mattresses seemed old and were sinking in the middle. Investing in some new towels and mattresses would've made my stay perfect. But also, given the good value price, I can't complain too much.

Beautiful rooms and well decorated. Walking distance to dining options, Leaning Tower and groceries store. Close to rail station as well. Fantastic host that looked after us and provided information that we needed for the local area. Would stay here again.

Ottima struttura con camera ampia e funzionale. Suggerirei solo di cambiare il copriletto/lenzuolo con un semplice lenzuolo diviso dal copriletto in modo da poter gestire meglio la temperatura notturna. Anche la vs insegna non è molto visibile e, col maltempo di questi giorni, arrivando al buio non era immediato individuarvi

A lovely place to stay.
We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was a lovely added extra. The rooms were big and spacious with clean towels everyday. If you are wanting to go to the Leaning Tower it’s an ideal location.

The property and staff were all very good, but I booked the stay as an apartment with cooking facilities. When we arrived and went to our room there were no kitchen facilities , it was locked away. When we questioned the staff we were told it was 10 euros per day extra which was not mentioned in the booking, which on a way spoilt the stay.

Thanks for the review! We're sorry to hear about the kitchen but it's clearly written on the site that to use the kitchenette you have to pay an extra fee.

It is a nice property only a few minutes away from the tower. I drove here so not sure how accessible it is by transit. Staff was nice and overall it was good experience. Only complain i have is the mattresses could have been better. It was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.
