This is one of the few rental properties on our recent trip to Europe where we felt like the owners had gone to a great deal of effort to provide everything you need to be comfortable. The unit was well stocked so we could cook some meals and there was a decent washer on the premises. The grounds of the property were lovely and the views from the unit are wonderful. The unit is located up in the hills between Piran and Portoroz so you do need to be prepared to walk aways into either of the towns, but it is worth the effort. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. Thanks Roman and Kathi for a great stay.

Tranquil and lovely accommodation with incredibly beautiful view of the Adriatic! Well furnished, immaculately clean apartment surrounded by thoughtful landscaping to enhance privacy. Enjoyed sitting on balcony every morning and evening, relaxing in pool and cooking in well stocked kitchen. Hosts has thought of everything but are patiently responsive to questions. Thank you Roman!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Modern und komfortabel. Super ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder sind von Vorteil, wenn man Teenager dabei hat. WLAN ist auch ausreichend... Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und in der Nähe. Wunderschöne top gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool war auch toll, aber man muss ihn teilen. Wenn eine Großfamilie in der unteren Wohnung wohnt, kann das schwierig und auch mal lauter werden. Der Zugang zum Meer (nach 10 Minuten Abstieg teilweise ohne Bürgersteig) erfolgt über Treppen ins Wasser mit Geländer. Das war kein Problem. Das Meer war sauber und warm. Es gibt Schattenplätze unter Bäumen. Liegen mieten ist teuer. Am Besten bringt man sich eine weiche, dickere Unterlage mit. Die Lage ist traumhaft, am Hang mit grandioser Aussicht. Bei über 30°C ist es allerdings anstrengend zum Meer oder den Restaurants zu laufen. Insbesondere der Rückweg erfordert eine gute Kondition. Mit dem Auto kein Problem, dann muss man aber teure Parkgebühren bezahlen. Wer es zum Schlafen dunkel braucht, der sollte eine Schlafbrille dabei haben. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, ging leider nicht, ohne heftig zerstochen zu werden. Unbedingt Autan und Bite away mitbringen. Mückenschutz ist aber vor jedem Fenster installiert. Wir können diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert - von der Unterkunft, der traumhaften Lage und auch von der Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Besonders auffallend war die perfekte Ausstattung der Küche - es war ALLES da und noch viel mehr - DANKE! Wir kommen sicher wieder und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung von Roman und Kathi ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Bucht von Portoroz. Die Gastgeber stehen jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und sind sehr sympathisch. Es steht ein Weber Grill zur Verfügung und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super, das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und haben den Urlaub in Portoroz sehr genossen.

Mitten im Wohngebiet gelegen bietet das Terrassen-Appartement einen Traumausblick auf den Golf von Piran. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und bemühen sich das Anwesen top in Schuss zu halten. Pool ist super, Ausstattung des Appartements ist super, nur die 1-Matratze/1-Decke (wie im Süden üblich) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Das Appartement ist ein Traum, ebenso der Garten mit Pool. Die Vermieter haben jeden Tag den Außenbereich gesäubert. Da wir absolute Liebhaber von Piran sind und nicht nach Portoroz wollten, mussten wir jeden Tag fast 6 km laufen um nach Piran zu kommen und wieder zurück. Die Hanglage ist mühsam beim Heimweg. Mit dem Auto ist nicht so zu empfehlen, die Parkgaragen sind sehr teuer.... Portoroz erreichte man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß (auch wieder mit "Aufstieg"). Fazit: Den "Aufstieg" nehmen wir gerne wieder in Kauf für den traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht und die superfreundlichen Vermieter.Wir kommen wieder !

The views from our balcony and living area were breathtaking- had to pinch myself daily. The place was clean and modern. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Pool was definitely a bonus (but is not heated as listing states) - was refreshing for a summer stay. Definitely would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about staying at this little piece of heaven. Everything is top notch - view is to die for; location is incredible, did I mention the view, amenities are more than you can imagine, beds are beyond comfortable, pool terrace were such a bonus for us and Roman and Kathi were the best hosts we ever dealt with. We even extended our stay as we didn't want to go to our next home. Do not hesitate on choosing this home. We can't wait to come back to this home. Thank you both.
