Lindo sitio, con vista al mar y muy bien ubicado. Es un hotel de 1913, con perfecto mantenimiento.

Needs renovation, the view & attention is perfect
Great views and the service was excellent. Everybody was so helpful and when we had a problem after check out they did everything possible to help us, and they solved our problem with a smile on their face. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Habitación pésima
Reservamos una habitación con 2 camas y al llegar allí nos dijeron que solo tenían una con cama doble. La habitación era en una buhardilla. Sin ventanas normales. Solo con 2 pequeñas ventanas estilo ojo de buey. En el baño, para verte en el espejo tenías que estar ladeado. Lo único bueno, la ubicación del hotel. El desayuno era bueno, pero como en cualquier hotel de 4 estrellas

Pésimas instalaciones, buen servicio
El hotel se vende como 4 estrellas, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las instalaciones del hotel, es un hotel viejo no ha sido remodelado, ningún servicio electrónico, todo manual. La habitación es realmente incómoda, es mínima, parece una cabina de barco de segunda, el baño es mínimo, un lavabo de hace mil años. La alfombra vieja y en mal estado, sucia y da miedo pisar descalzo. El desayuno menos malo, normal, más bien pobre, con pocos productos y poca variedad. Lo único a destacar es el servicio de recepción. El estacionamiento fuera de la ciudad, pero tienen un Shuttle que lo lleva a uno al vehículo cuando lo necesite, el conductor fue muy amable.

Maravilloso!! Nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad. El tema del trasporte desde el parquink al hotel i viceversa es perfecto. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, de muy buena calidad. Muy recomendable.

El hotel es precioso y tiene una ubicacion inmejorable, el staff es muy atento y colaborador, tiene un ambiente moderno y un roof top bar para el aterdecer es lo mejor

Habitaciones baratas a calle fea
Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas la habitación era pequeña, con mobiliario pasado de moda y nuestra habitación en concreto daba a una de las pocas calles que permite el tráfico de coches. Las vistas de las habitaciones que no dan al mar son al edificio de enfrente, claro está que es por eso que son más baratas. Pero una vez se ha estado, no merece la pena, mejor buscar otro. El desayuno lo mejor con sus vista al mar.

Excelente servicio. Personal muy atento y con gran espíritu de apoyo para hacer la estancia (y lo que sigue) de lo mejor. La habitación limpia y confortable. El servicio de lo mejor

Nice city
Good hotel, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Very good location, next to the main square and the Adriatic Sea. Good view from the restaurant. Varied breakfast. Good relationship between price and quality of the hotel. Small but charming city.

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Piran. At arrival around midnight the front desk informed me that I couldn’t park my rental car in Piran and instructed a taxi driver to drive me to the garage they have a partnership with. The taxi ride was more expansive than originally mentioned by the hotel and the taxi ended up taking me to a garage that the hotel didn’t have a partnership with - which resulted in a parking fee significantly more expensive than initially informed. On top of that, the hotel didn’t have hot water in the shower at the time of my arrival (the front desk offered me another room, but the issue was affecting the entire hotel). I contacted the hotel’s manager and hotel customer support for some sort of discount or refund, but it was refused.

Overpriced for the amenities provided, but the service is solid. The breakfast - atmosphere, food and service - is the highlight of the stay. The great disappointment are the rooms: old, dated and without A/C, what made them little hells, specially after 11am. Mattress are not comfortable at all and might be a problem for people with back pain. The sea view is ok, but balcony furniture and size disappoints. The hotel also allows smokers on their balconies, what might be an issue for normal guests depending on the wind direction. There are no business room. For the price paid for the room, cheap toiletries in the bathroom provided and the lack of basic benefits like power adaptors (U.S. standard) are an insult. The Internet is surprisingly difficult to work in multiple devices and high speed broadband is charged on the side, when it should be included on the hotel's rate.

Hotel Piran
Hotel Piran is a quaint family friendly hotel. The staff is very helpful. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had spent more time there.

Perfect place to stay for a short trip. Very close to several restaurants and right on the water. You can walk out the door and jump into the ocean. The breakfast had a lot of options and a pretty view from the dining room.

Spectacular little hotel on the waterfront of the Adriatic. You can step out of the hotel and jump into the sea! Extra towels provided. Cuisine was top notch. Location was lovely - on a little peninsula where you leave you car behind and take a private Hotel Piran shuttle to the property. Very much a pedestrian-only town with lovely promenades only the sea walls....

Hormis l'emplacement de cette hôtel, tout est à revoir !!! Impossible de fermer l'œil avec le vacarme incessants, de la climatisation !! Aucune isolation phonique dans cette hôtel. Ne propose pas le surclassement pour les membres golds alors que de nombreuses chambres sont libres,Vos exclusivités Gold : 1 boisson gratuite par personne pour 2 (une fois par séjour) n'a jamais été proposé !!!! Nous envisagions de rester une nuit de plus, et finalement nous avons quitté l'hôtel

Lovely hotel in a good location
Hotel was lovely and our room had a great view over the sea. The rooms with a balcony are just lovely to sit and admire the view. The staff are friendly and breakfast was good. It helps To know that all visitors park outside the centre of Piran in a parking garage … there is a shuttle that transfers hotel guests but We chose to walk (15/20 mins) there but shuttled when We left. Town itself is lovely.

Lovely hotel, great staff
Our stay was short but great! Staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The hotel is lovely, right along the coast, the rooftop bar is a great bonus! The rooms are clean and we thought the air conditioning was just right even though some other reviews mention it was lacking. No parking near the property, but back up the hill in a parking garage. They provide a free transfer once you move your car to the garage but we would have liked to know to park at the garage before going all the way into town as it was quite hectic. Overall the stay was relaxing and lovely, the only comment for improvement is that none of our Gold Member perks were acknowledged during the stay (late/early check in if available, 10% discount on food/drinks and supposedly two free cocktails. It would be great to actually provide these perks or remove from the listing.

Great pre-arrival communication, easy & fast pick-up from parking graduate, very quick and excellent customer service at check-in…and they upgraded us to a sea view! Room was cute and comfortable apart from the temperature (heatwave stronger than AC). The amazing front desk got us a fan to use and it made all the difference. Best part - jump in sea before eating a delish breakfast overlooking the water. Recommended (with a fan when it’s hot). Also have a drink at the sunset bar at sunset.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We had a car and their shuttle service to the garage was so efficient and stress free. Their staff made us feel welcome, and even offered a complimentary iced tea. The location was absolutely perfect for swimming and going into town. Their breakfast was full of variety and was great tasting. We were in Slovenia three weeks touring all the major cities and would've stayed one more night here if I would have known how nice it would be. Oh ya, bonus points for rooftop bar too, that was excellent as well.

The hotel was outstanding. The area was kid friendly and there were many dining options. We only stayed for 1 night before our cruise but would have loved to stay longer.
