"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. "Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants."

"Difícil hacer el check in. Muebles muuy antiguos ! Podrían estar bien pero la cama en cualquier pequeño movimiento rechina, no pudimos dormir ! El baño, fatal! El asiento del WC roto, un bichó raro en la tina, el lavabo no se iba el agua, terrible! Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero no vale la pena el sacrificio! Decía desayuno buffet incluido y No lo encontramos! Nadie para dar información ! Mala experiencia"
