Too loud
"Big party in the hall until 11:40pm with music very loud, I complained but they did nothing. The heating was too strong so I had to keep open the windows in winter."

Nada recomendable, SPA no funciona y no avisan
"Spa estropeado, no acceso. Servicio malo y no hablan ni español ni inglés. La habitación estaba sucia, faltaban toallas. Encontramos hasta un bastoncillo de oido sucio. La recepción a la hora del check out estaba vacia, aunque dicen que es 24 horas, realmente es un número de teléfono que no contestan. ..."

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone."
