Just what I nedded

The property is gorgeos. The home is updated and quaint, without losing the cabin feel. The patio is perfect for hanging out with the family. We had a great time and plan to come back.

Functional

Carpet was dirty and stained when we arrived, portable cooler was broken and not working (this would only be an issue during a hotter than normal summer visit, which this was), many lights were not functional, gas grill was not useable due to grate condition (broken), overall condition of property was not well maintained.

Lovely stay

My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Nina was very responsive and assistive during the stay. The accommodations were amazing, kitchen and bathrooms all new and modern, with just enough of a rustic appeal to really have that cabin feel that we were looking for up in the high forest. Would absolutely come back to experience it again.

Very nice

This cabin is very beautiful. Well supplied with firewood and all necessities you would need for a stay. Had a small issue with hot tub but contacted Nina and issue was fixed right away. Highly recommend

Beware of not so gracious host

House itself is fine, even though there are some issues it has more positive than negative. Here are some cons that we found disappointing: cleaning service is mediocre at best, dust bunnies, dirt ect. Some equipment like outdoor grill and hot tub is pretty old and tired. No fence around backyard. But our biggest problem was with the host: poor communication (we didn’t have the move in instructions 12 hours before check in, I had to call the host directly to get the code to get into the house. ) Poor service: on the last day of our stay there was a snow storm and we have lost all electrical power and heat around 11pm. I was finally able to reach the host in the morning of our departure and asked for assistance with snow removal since the driveway was covered with 2.5 feet of it. Host’s response was: THERE SHOULD BE A SHOVEL IN THE GARAGE! I have a problem with that, not only that I have a back issue and should not be shoveling snow but also I didn’t rent a high end property to shovel snow, in my opinion house like that should have a snow removal service set up! In addition I have contacted the host again and explained that without electricity I have no way of doing a proper clean up (house get pretty dark without power even during the day), can’t run a dishwasher or even open a garage door and I would have to leave the house as is. So instead of offering some sort of recompense for inconvenience of spending our last night in the cold and dark house and the lack of snow removal the host decided to charge me a security deposit for not cleaning up and having unreported dog that according to the host left some damage, In fact dog was reported and approved by the host at the time of booking and we have screen shots of text messages to prove it. We have traveled with this dog for years to multiple properties and never had any issues with any other hosts. Overall very disappointing experience

Comfortable property

This was a comfortable property. Unfortunately, my husband got very sick and we were unable to complete our stay. There was damage done in one of the bedrooms and Nina was wonderful to work with to rectify the situation.

Rustic getaway

This house is exactly as it looks in pictures. Very rustic and feels like you're getting away from it all. The kitchen had more than everything you could possibly need. We had to buy our own wood for the fireplace, but no big deal. The hot tub was a definite plus, once we figured out how to use it. The property manager was not very helpful when it came to figuring out how to heat it up. She told me to "push the button," there's 8 of them and they arent labeled. Otherwise, great stay, and would definitely come back.

Winter getaway

The property lived up to expectations. Spacious enough for a family of six in a quite neighborhood. It’s exactly what we wanted as it was close to town and areas where we could hike and explore. The only very minor downsides were that the keurig didn’t work and we had to bring our own firewood.

Our stay

Overall we absolutely loved this cabin, the style throughout really gave the cabin vibes and warm feeling. Loved how close it was to restaurants in nights we decided to not cook, and Safeway just a few minutes away was great to stock up on food. Cabin has everything you need pots pans, silverware, cups, even plenty of seasoning! We especially loved the hot tub and used it every single night. Just be prepared to supply your own wood to burn in fire place (no problem and Safeway just a few minutes away is completely stocked!) I would just have it before arriving to cabin so you can start fire right away as heat is set to 55 degrees when you arrive and once you set thermostat to desired heat It does take a while to warm up entire house. We preferred to keep house at a cooler temp because we loved the fire place. There were just some very very minor things, a few light bulbs needed replacing and just a few jets not working in hot tub (to me these are typical things that happen in every day homes as well so not an issue), otherwise perfect cabin and we will 100% be back! Also Nina was amazing and always so quick to text back! Great management!!

Wedding stay with friends

We were looking for a property in close proximity to our friend’s cabin for their wedding weekend celebration and found this to be the perfect fit. Overall was found as described and was very rustic:) We had to fill the propane tank for the cute backyard gas fireplace and there was no firewood provided for the fire pit. Also, it seemed like only one motor/jet is working on the hot tub. Would recommend this property.

Not clean.

Space is as described to accommodate your needs. However, the hot tub never heated up and was cloudy. Did not end up using. The grill handle fell off when trying to use the grill. The floors had been vacuumed, right up to a dirty sock that was left on the floor in plain sight. The dust bunnies were the size of tumble weeds. Found garbage, wrappers and food underneath couch. (Our dog lost a toy so we had to move the couch around to get the toy.) The room my daughter stayed in had stains on the comforter. Overall, not clean. If you need a fenced yard for pets, this is not it. Neighbors directly on each side right and left and 2 directly behind you. Not private if that’s what you are going for. TV didn’t connect to internet or cable. Wifi was nonexistent. We reached out to property manager, they were aware of grill issue and thanked us for letting them know about cleaning concerns, but that was it. Overall, don’t recommend this property.

Overall Great Stay!

The property is Beautiful and great neighborhood. Very comfy and feels like home. Needs improvement in cleanliness. There was a few socks under the beds, also some empty water bottles, and the fridge could have been cleaned better. My family had so much fun and enjoy every single day there, Overall our experience was great.

Beautiful property

The cabin definitely lives up to the photographs! It is absolutely stunning and very comfortable. It is very close to delicious restaurants and nice hikes and it was so nice to enjoy the snow with those massive windows! The fireplace was easy to use and the hot tub was PERFECT. The property manager was very sweet and communicative. The home was stocked with everything we needed- coffee, toiletries, fresh towels, extra blankets, etc. The ONLY thing that got 4 stars was cleanliness just bc there were towels left outside from the previous guests and the dishwasher was full when we got there. 10/10 recommend this place, it’s very relaxing and we would definitely go again.

Amazing

We have stayed at quite a few cabins. This cabin was amazing! The hot tub was clean and actually hot! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean in general. It is way closer to everything (sunrise, restaurants and stores) than previous cabins we have stayed at. Kids love the fire pit with smores and hubby loved the wood burning stove in the living room. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time, the weather was perfect. Stayed in Pinetop drove to Sunrise for skiing and snowboarding. Drive is about 35 min. The house was perfect 4 br large kitchen. The hot tub was perfect after long day of skiing. We will definitely be back! Tina was great, she responded quickly to any questions we had prior to our trip.

Cozy cabin

We had a great time! Some lights in the cabin were burned out in the kitchen and master bedroom so it was kind of hard to see in them at night. The cable tv in the master bedroom didn't work. There weren't any instructions for the hot tub so we didn't know how much chemicals to put in and when, And as a result we all got a rash that showed up when we got home. But overall we had a great time. We loved playing in the snow!

Great place for a small group
