➤ This is a rural property where wildlife is frequently seen. Guests may spot wild horses, elk, bears, and other local wildlife during their stay. Please enjoy observing animals from a safe distance and do not approach or feed them.

Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pullout sofa, electric baseboard heating, and over 400 DVDs for movie nights. Close to hiking, fishing, lakes, golf, and outdoor adventures.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that the garage and the storage closet next to the coffee bar off of the dining room are locked and unavailable to guests and for safety reasons, the indoor fireplace is not operational and may not be used during your stay. Other than that, the guests will have access to the entire cabin and outdoor areas. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ The outdoor fire pit may be used only when local fire restrictions allow. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own firewood, checking current fire restrictions, and ensuring any fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area.



➤ Free parking is available in the private driveway. The single-width (tandem) driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars, 2 cars and a trailer, or 1 large truck with a trailer.

➜ Ride-sharing services may be available but can be limited compared to larger cities.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that this cabin does not have air conditioning. During cooler months, baseboard heating is available in the primary bedroom, second bedroom, living room, and kitchen to help keep the space comfortable.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
