Welcome to our little slice of Pinehurst Heaven! Our family invites you to utilize our well-appointed, fully-furnished and tastefully renovated 1 BR/2 Bed "cozy corner condo" which is located just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the 2024 US Open gates at Pinehurst No 2! Our getaway in the Pines is located in Linville Gardens on the 16th fairway of course No. 5 with a partial view of the golf course from the front porch.

You will be our families first guests to sleep on our brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress, which has been sleep on less than 20 nights since its purchase! We've also recently added a new Pottery Barn Pierce sleeper sofa sectional in the living room, to provide an additional sleeping area for groups of 4 who desire more room to rest! The fold-out, full-size sleeper sofa is a 60-inch long mattress.

Our kitchen has everything you will need to cook dinners and entertain during Open week! Although our condo offers just 650 sq ft, it has been masterfully designed and renovated to provide the comforts you would expect at home.

Our condo is fully stocked with bath towels, wash rags, toilet paper, premium coffee, premium 600 count bed sheets, ironing board & iron, clothes steamer, and the best shower pressure you will every experience in our brand new remodeled bathroom!

Located on the top floor, our 1st floor neighbors are often traveling and do not rent their condo, so, you will be provided with seclusion and privacy during your stay in our Cozy Corner! Our back porch provides a nice place to relax in the evenings and is well shaded!

HVAC unit has been recently serviced and can turn our condo into an ice box, if you desire to sleep bundled up with a chill in the air! We also provide you with 3 fast-speed ceiling fans for optimal comfort! Plenty of blankets, pillows, and every amenity you will need to feel at home while visiting Pinehurst.

Our condo provides a dinner table for 4 with custom upholstered chairs which are extremely comfortable. Complimentary wifi & a new TV with access to all of your streaming services via a Roku device. While we are bias, we have not seen a condo in our community as nicely renovated as our vacation home!

Lastly, our condo is not a full-time rental. Our family lives in Raleigh, NC and travels to Pinehurst regularly to spend time in the area. This home is very well maintained and we strive to keep it in immaculate condition. We desire to rent our home to renters who value and appreciate well-cared for homes and will provide us with the reassurance that they will treat our home as we would yours!

Expect us to stock the fridge for you with waters and the basics, so your week for you is easier from the start! There is a grocery store located just 2 miles away in Aberdeen. Also, travel the back roads to escape Pinehurst traffic if you desire to go into town for dinner or shopping during your visit! Park your car for the week and don't look back!!! Everything you will need in Pinehurst North Carolina at Pinehurst Resort is within a short walk away from the entrance to our home!
