Overall we were very disappointed. When we arrived the air wasn't working. Maintenance did not arrive until after midnight. He did bring portable air conditioners, but the problem was with them running a breaker kept tripping. The problem with this is that one breaker controls, lights, plug ins in the bed rooms, lights and plug ins in the pool room, the refrigerator, and plug ins in the bathroom. The breaker box was not accessible so we had to call maintenance again. It was several hours before anyone arrived. It cannot be safe to have that many items on one breaker. We had to be care full not to run multiple items at once or the breaker would trip again. Luckily the door to access breaker box did not shut all the way so we were able to reset the breaker ourselves the rest of the time. The oven just randomly shuts off in the middle of trying to cook. The house has lots of bugs in it. Spiders, moths, mosquitoes...not sure how they all get in. The second bathroom has no water pressure. The deck and stairs is in very poor condition and has a hot tub on it. We were very uneasy about it all weekend. The bedrooms have nothing but beds and a night stand. There are no dressers for clothes. Overall not a good experience.
