    What can you expect?
    * All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
    * A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
    * Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
    * No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can park easily behind the home.
    * Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.
    * Check-in must be completed by 10:00 PM on your arrival day.

    WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of two dogs will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee per pet or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night per pet.

Very nice amenities, wonderful views, close to Pine and Strawberry which are quaint little towns. My dogs enjoyed their stay too. Host was responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and excellent floor plan..very well laid out with amazing views and modern architecture.. only issues were that the BBQ is broken and missing a few basic cooking items..so we couldn't grill all the food we brought.. other than that it was great.

Snowed in at Pine, AZ

We really enjoyed this rental. A beautiful view and cozy place for our family of four and dog to watch the snow fall. The accommodations had everything we need and highly recommend renting.

Amazing sunset views!

Very clean in a quiet neighborhood with lots of Elk sightings. Kitchen and bedroom accommodations were good. Could use some updated towels however. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our family loved this area and neighborhood. The home was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The large outdoor deck is where we spent a lot of time, it was so relaxing! Many outdoor activities near by. Our family had a great Memorial Day Weekend at this home/cabin.

Perfect location!

Beautiful townhome in Pine and close to everything. Super clean and newly furnished. Beds were so comfortable and view pretty from deck. The elk even came up to the deck to munch on the bushes nearby! Will def rent again when up in the area!

We’ve passed through Pine and Strawberry several times during our travels in northern Arizona, but we’ve not explored the area in detail. We changed that this year, by setting our base in Pine and hiking around the area for three days. We found the ideal house for our visit. Not a huge house but plenty big for the two of us, and I think it would work well for a family excursion. The house was very clean and well stocked. It had everything that we needed. Check-in and check-out were both simple processes. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy as well. The house is open and bright; plenty of windows. The kitchen is small but well appointed; we don’t cook while on travel, so it worked well for us for making a simple breakfast or snack. One of the reasons we pick a rental house is the outdoor space and the view. While the deck was great and we enjoyed time there each day (usually with a beer or glass of wine after a hike), the view was obscured by the evergreens that had grown significantly compared to the photos in the VRBO listing. Not a problem, trees grow, but the big view from the porch is blocked.Overall, it was a very nice stay. I would stay here again when we return to Pine.

Peaceful serene nature retreat

We had an amazing time at this quaint cottage with a lovely view of the sunrise and sunset surrounded by pines, junipers and elk. The property was lovely with a fireplace, 2 beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms as well as a lovely wrap around deck with gorgeous views of the landscape. It was a peaceful retreat and a reasonable rate for location and amenities. We just wished it was a touch cleaner and a bit more kitchen tools as we like to cook.

Needs a good cleaning

Beautiful home and surrounding landscape. Gorgeous, relaxing views from out on the front deck while drinking our morning coffee. I was appreciative of the extra linens. Home needs to be cleaned. I asked host prior to booking if the deep clean mentioned in previous review had been done. I was assured it was and that they had also changed cleaning companies. Unfortunately, it did not seem like it. Pictures posted exaggerate the amount of space; it is very tight. Fireplace did not work whatsoever. Host offered to send out repair man, but at 8 pm when wishing to just cozy up to a good movie, we didn’t want our mini vacation interrupted by repairman work. Nothing extra for kids to do or play with - bring your own stuff. Only had shampoo and conditioner in one of the showers rather than both.

Good not great

While the place is nice, for what comes out to be $400/night after all fees and taxes, the amenities and upkeep fell below par. There were no oven mitts which made for a challenge after placing in food to bake. Both living room fans are controlled by remotes which were both dead - it was fun moving two AAs from the bedroom remote to both of these every time we wanted to adjust the fan or fan light. Neither bathroom offered body soap, just shampoo, conditioner and a generic bar for hands. The cookware was awful, cheap Teflon pans that were beat to hell. This is toxic to cook on! Finally, the road noise from the very nearby 260 can be loud. Overall, the place is nice and with some better attention to the upkeep could be better. It’s very apparent that this is someone’s pure investment property and nothing else based on the care taken (or not) to the property.

Excellent Views and Location

Property has amazing views and, as other reviewers have noted, the deck is worth the price alone - views, very good lounge furniture and ability to be shaded from elements. Very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
