Everything outside is yours to enjoy. The kidney-shaped pool and jacuzzi are steps from your door — perfect for a slow morning swim, a sun-drenched afternoon, or a quiet evening soak under the stars. When hunger strikes, fire up the charcoal grill for a private dinner al fresco. As the night cools down, the covered outdoor living room — anchored by an exterior fireplace — becomes the natural gathering spot. Add a fire pit, the sound of the forest, and a sky full of stars, and you have everything you need for a perfect evening.

Inside, the suite is cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A mini-split system keeps the space perfectly climate-controlled in every season. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker — because mornings deserve a good cup of coffee. A dining table for two, flat-screen TV, and a private full bathroom complete the space. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

The estate sits just 5 minutes from the village of Pine Bush, where you'll find grocery stores, local restaurants, and a charming Saturday farmers market running late spring through mid-October. A short drive puts you at Minnewaska State Park, Sam's Point Ice Caves, Angry Orchard Cider House, and the Shawangunk Wine Trail — one of the most celebrated wine regions on the East Coast. New York City is approximately 90 minutes away.

Guest access
Check-in is fully self-guided via a smart lock — you'll receive your personal access code before arrival, so there's no need to coordinate with anyone. Just show up and settle in.

You'll have exclusive access to the pool house suite and all outdoor amenities: the kidney pool, jacuzzi, covered outdoor living room with exterior fireplace, fire pit, and charcoal grill. Everything in the outdoor area is reserved entirely for your stay.

Please note that the main house on the property is a separate, private residence and is not accessible to pool house guests. All the amenities you need are right outside your door.

— GOOD TO KNOW —

The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor amenities are seasonal — available late spring through early fall. Exact dates are weather-dependent and will be confirmed at booking. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. This listing is available on select dates only.

Heated pool available upon request at $125 per day. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can have it ready and warm for your arrival.

PETS

Well-behaved dogs are welcome — Dogs are welcome (1 dog maximum) at $50 per stay.

· Dogs are welcome indoors and in all outdoor areas except the pool and jacuzzi. Please do not allow your dog in or around the pool or jacuzzi at any time.
· Please clean up after your pet immediately, both indoors and outdoors.
· Dogs must be under control at all times. Please do not leave your dog unsupervised indoors or tied up outside unattended.
· Any damage caused by pets will be the guest's responsibility.
· Please bring your dog's bed, crate, or blanket — pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
· If your dog tends to bark excessively, please be mindful of quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
