Great place to stay

We loved our stay. Spacious, clean and quiet. Close drive to the Minnewaska State Park, wineries and some local restaurants. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

We loved the new furniture and sheets and blankets. Everything was spotless and felt super comfortable and homey. Big space as well!

Beautiful neighborhood

Great communication with the owner. Clean linens and furnishings, nice BBQ area and pool, property is a beautiful setting. Comfortable fold out bed with a topper was super nice for my teens. Plenty of room large apt. Good place for shorter stay as it is just fridge and microwave. Seems to be a newer rental and interior improvements have been made and perhaps more in the works, drawback is sensitivity to fragrances, there were a number of plug-ins, but lots of people like that just not my thing. A few adjustments would easily bring this to 5 star, Thank you for the peaceful stay.

Not the Best

Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.

Amazingly private

I needed a place to stay for work in the Catskills for 6 months. I can't write a review that would do this beautiful place justice. Amazing privacy, beautiful property, my stay was during the winter. The heat was always perfect. The kitchen worked well. Loved the air fryer. The owners even put in a full size refrigerator for me. The host was always available. We did have a few storms. Everything was cleaned and cleared emediately. They do have a generator so I never lost my internet. "Wish I could stay longer"

relaxing and private gem

We needed to get away from work midweek and decided to try this bnb with private pool 2 hours away. We are so happy we did. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was amazingly clean. The king size bed was like a dream. Loved all the extra linens. (I will have to buy same) The kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed. Impressed with the water dispenser. The assortment of coffee and tea was impressive. Loved the 2 bathrooms. The pool was completely private, clean and was exclusive to us which is un heard of. Thanks Diane for accommodating us on our last night with the BBQ with a few friends. The grill is awsome!!! So happy we found this gem. Will be back often.

Beautiful Romantic Loft

I booked this property because we could bring our two dogs. My boyfriend and I wanted to visit two wineries and the world resort casino not to far away. I have stayed in other bnb's but this one was definitely a five star. Very clean, Loved the king bed, sheets were very soft, closet full of white towels even had extra linens in a basket labeled for us. This I really appreciated since we booked for 4 nights. We stayed in one night to just relax and watch Netflix. Diane the host was very accommodating with answering our questions. Check in was a breeze. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee, tea, even had hot chocolate. Our dogs loved the treats that were left in a doggie dish for us. We enjoyed the pond. It's a Beautifully property even enjoyed seeing the deer every night when we did our walk. I definitely would recommend this place. We will be booking again. Just loved it!

Best kept Secret !

I've never been to the Catskills and wanted to make my girlfriend happy so I booked this place. We absolutely loved it. Diane the host sent us a text welcoming us on our arrival. There was a full page info sheet about the loft with the wifi login. The furniture was all new and modern. The king bed was very comfortable with quality blankets. 64" TV and sectional, kitchenette had free coffee and tea so i was happy. They had nice wine glasses with my favorite cork screw opener. The place has two bathrooms which my girlfriend loved. Beautiful property with a pond. Has an inground pool but we didn't use. We seen plenty of wildlife just looking out the window. We walked about a half a mile through the nice neighborhood to an Ice-cream polar in town on our second day. The laundry machines came in handy as we got caught in a rain storm on our last day. We will definitely be coming back next month with 2 friends to do some hiking and cliff gliding.

Great Getaway

Apartment was spotless. Pool was immaculate. Bed was terrific. Diane was a great host. There was a hint of some in the entranceway. Would stay again.

Perfect place to Relax and swim with privacy

My husband and I needed a get away from the city for a couple of days to relax. This place was absolutely beautiful. The bed was amazing, like a cloud, nice linens. The AC was top notch. Gottta say I never seen such a nice assortment of coffee & tea's. Comfortable furniture. We had the pool to ourselves. We barbecued one night and Diane the host gave us everything we needed as we didn't think to bring bbq stuff. The property was just mesmerizing. We had such a romantic few days. We will definitely be back in the near future to check out resorts world cassino.

Best sleep, awsome pool

My partner and I traveled from PA to visit a friend in the area. I wasn't expecting such a relaxing place. I was so impressed that they had my favorite type of bed. Most places give you cheep sheets but these sheets were quality. Best sleep ever staying out of my own bed. They even had a dog food bowl put out for our fur baby. Chocolate on each pillow. Oh, and the second bathroom on the first floor is a brilliant idea when you want extra privacy. We will definitely go back again.
