"Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. "Luke the host was very accommodating and helpful. The tiny house seemed small at first but then ended up being the perfect size as I spend ALL day outside on the lounge near the river, or tending to the fire in the firepit, or walking around the property saying hello to the animals and gathering firewood. Peace and serenity describe my experience the best. It felt like camping in the Aust bush but with the security of not being in an area that anyone can just walk into. Absolutely recommend."

"The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property "

"I think the family who own this house love it and want others to also enjoy it. The bedding, cushions, toiletries , ornaments are all lovely. Air conditioning great as is fenced back yard. "• Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there. "Yes- the driveway is steep! But it was no problem for us. The property is beautiful, clean, fresh and updated and the view and location are excellent. Best equipped kitchen of any short-term rental we’ve been in. It was great and we would book again!"
