"Had a nice stay, beds were comfortable and couch was as well. Tv in the guest room was broken and was not notified prior to moving in. Owner places a sticky note on it that it was broken. So that was disappointing. Washer and dryer are difficult to operate and dryer must be run 2-3 times to dry a load of clothing. Kitchen utensils such as pots and pans were not clean and had old food on them but everything else was clean! All in all, a little let down for the money spent but the AC worked great...

"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

"Perfect! Clean spacious, and secluded. This was the perfect space for our family. We truly enjoyed every bit of the outdoors area basketball court volleyball and we were able to have a bonfire. The grocery store is also directly across the street which was extremely convenient. We definitely plan to come back next year in July 2027. I truly recommend staying here."

"This is probably one of the best trips I have ever had in a long time! The place was so beautiful, clean and cozy I felt like I was at home. Was very clean and comfortable the view from the top balcony was also stunning. I was a little confused at first about which elevator to use cause not all of them had pin pads but once I found the right one getting in and out was such a breeze. The free parking was also a plus! I definitely would return and stay here again next time in Indy definitely worth...
