Perfect location to park your car and enjoy everything! Walk to breakfast, lunch even dinner and the island too! You can ride your bike on the paths and even down to the Christmas Place and beyond. We loved staying here so much and my sister came right after we did and it is now her favorite spot as well!

Loved the location, cute cabin,but the cobwebs was everywhere i had to clean with a broom and the hardwood floors was very dirty,and the bedspread had small stains ,so the wife washed them before we slept with them but with our experience we take our ownn bedding, always do,but nothing was a deal breaker, would stay again, again location was key and convenient, ty

We absolutely loved the home that we stayed in for the 4 nights and 5 days we spent there in Pigeon Forge. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again should we ever return to the area for a getaway.

Check in was easy. The kitchen has a half roll paper towels. There were no step to get in and out of the hot tub.

Great Cabin, Great Location, Great Smokey Mountains.

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay in the Smokies. Just a short drive to National Park and very short walk to fine dining, this is a great location and clean comfortable cabin.

Super cute

Super cute cabin. We walked off and on all day through the shops and restaurants around the mill. The cabin was so close we could go back anytime that was needed. Would definitely book again

50th Wedding Anniversary

Everything was awesome. Great cabin and so close to everything. Loved the geese who walked freely around the area. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. One of the best stays we have ever had. Planning a trip back in late September.

Great Place!!

We loved our stay and that it was so close to everything! We had seen the cabins on a previous trip and knew we would like to stay there sometime. We were not disappointed. It was the perfect place for me and my husband. We knew the bridge was out by the Old Mill so look forward to staying again when it is open. It was clean and cozy!

Awesome Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, and location was incredible. You couldn’t find a better place to stay in pigeon forge!! I would highly recommend for anyone that wants a great location cabin that is very clean and located around everything you need to see in Gatlinburg and pigeon forge area

Great Stay Despite a Bridge Closure

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was just the right size for our family of three. The half bath was certainly a utilized perk! Unfortunately, the Old Mill bridge being under repair made getting to the Parkway more difficult than planned for our Spring Rod Run trip. However, we hope for future stays during other car weekends. A couple of things could use some maintenance (loose shower/tub handle, outlet cover missing behind bed) and a way to fully fold the hot tube cover back would be convenient. Otherwise, it was clean and we were able to relax. Very conveniently located for a walk to the Old Mill restaurants and Espresso Yourself. The Cathouse across the road is a hidden gem as well!

Small and Amazing

500’ from the Mill. Great access to main strip. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Was a broken glass in the cabinet. We loved this for two people.

Location, Location, Location

I do not have one thing negative to say about this property. It is beautifully decorated, and it has all the necessities of home. The furniture is very comfortable, it has all the latest appliances, and the bed was comfortable. Bonus...it has a box fan, for those of us that need that in order to sleep at night. As I said, the location is perfect!! If you know where the Old Mill Restaurant is located and love it, then this is perfect for you. Literally within yards to it and the Old Mill District. Although it is close to those businesses, it was not noisy and disruptive. I would definitely recommend this home and will most likely rent again.

Blankenship Tennessee Trip

Amazing stay, place was super clean and very comfortable. Amazing spot right next to the Old Mill and all the shops associated. My girlfriend and I walked to the Old Mill restaurant for breakfast one day. Would definitely recommend staying here as we plan to stay here again in the future!
