Great host & place to stay.

Our stay was amazing!! The host communicated everything we needed during the stay, the house was very clean, VERY comfy beds, and my 2 boys loved sharing a room and bunk bed. Definitely a great place to stay!!!

Family Vacation Spot

House was perfect for our family of four! Bunk beds were great for the kids at night and futon couch was nice when they wanted to relax in the morning before heading out in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Smoky Mountain National Park. Close to everything, plenty of room and well maintained! Reviews about the grass being too long and ruining the stay are uncalled for. The area you spend your time is fenced in and stone. Whether the grass is trimmed or not will not impact your stay or enjoyment at this property! We are already planning our next visit!

Our stay at this cabin was by far our best stay we have ever had! Check in was a breeze and the cabin was completely ready for us. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas with gorgeous trees, garland and attention to detail that made us immediately feel at home! Everything was very clean and the surrounding area of the cabin was so peaceful and quiet despite being very close to the main strip! It was a short 4 to 5 minute drive to get to the attractions but was just far enough away to have complete peace. The spa was by far the best part for us. We travel with young kids as as many know you are wiped out by the end of the day. This was such a welcome thing to have. As other reviews mention, the front driveway is almost unusable because of how steep it is. However! We had absolutely no issues just parking behind the cabin and using the stairs. Behind it, is a nice dirt driveway that is flat and easy to drive. I would say this particular cabin would choose to be challenging for those who cannot climb stairs or need wheelchair access, but if you are able to climb 14 or so stairs, its a piece of cake. There is also a short but steep climb to the front porch if you go around the side of the cabin. If you travel with young kids, it may be tempting to choose the hotels or motels, but this is a no brainer if you want peace, cleanliness and safety for your family and it was very affordable. We plan to return to TN thanks to this wonderful cabin and host!

Simple, quiet, pleasant.

The inside was clean, enjoyed the way it was designed, I may have not read it but it is a steep walk inside from the driveway- again I may have overlooked that but if you or someone with you has trouble with inclines/declines there are stairs in the back. Had a great relaxing time, would recommend staying here

Great place

Great place not for handicap very steep to get to the place to stay every thing else was great . Electric fire place, kitchen,hot tub, all was great lots of room will stay again wish for stair’s not steep walk hard on my ankles had surgery but will stay any way nothing perfect

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this very clean, tasteful, and bright cabin! We followed suggestions on parking and parked behind the cabin. We have a truck and it was easily accessible! The cabin was in a great location, super clean, and very cute! We look forward to staying here again, without a doubt!

Awesome Cabin!

House was very clean and was decorated very nicely. Beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub and arcade game were an added bonus. The location was close to the downtown area, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Checkin couldn’t be easier. Communication with the host was fantastic. Please note this property has a very steep downhill parking area/ walkway leading to the house. There is easier parking in the back, but you would need to walk up a steep hill. This wasn’t an issue for us, but keep it in mind if you are considering renting and have mobility issues. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to return in the future!

Great stay!

The cabin is beautiful! The pictures are lovely, but it is even more beautiful in person! All the amenities were great and the host was very easy to communicate with. They provide very thorough information about all the procedures to follow and information about the area. Definitely recommend!

Landscape Neglect

We were really excited to go to this rental. The house was cute, the decor beautiful, and it was everything we needed. There was a couple times i tried to get in touch with the management and didn't get a response. It was over 400$ for 1 night so i did expect that things would be taken care of quickly but yet I had trouble getting in touch with management. When we got there the first thing we noticed was the overgrown grass EVERYWHERE. I'm usually pretty understanding with vacation rentals because I manage housekeeping for 45+ houses in my hometown. This however needed to be addressed. We couldn't use the firepit and picnic table if we wanted. There were also briar patches in the overgrowth. I couldn't let my kids off the deck. I don't know why it was so overgrown but it was very disappointing. The house itself was great but the landscaping had been neglected. The outside is very often just as importance as the inside of a rental and in this case I feel the price for the rental without being able to use the yard was not fair to the renter, i.e. me. Sorry but it was that bad.

Perfect place for a long weekend.

My family and I loved the cabin. It was very clean and well decorated/updated. We had plenty of space for the long weekend. Also, we were close to the Main Street in town, but far enough away for quiet evenings.

Wonderful house and stay

We loved the house. The location was wonderful. Very clean! There was plenty of space for both of our dog’s huge crates. The owner was quick to respond to messages. The driveway was much steeper than we thought. It was intimidating but once we realized we could park at the back it worked great!

Perfect for our family of 4! The host communication was excellent and quick to respond to questions. The property was as described. My only suggestion would be to be a little more descriptive about the driveway - it's more than a little twisty :)

Great place!
