Family from both sides

Went to watch my daughter play in dci. Had a slight ant invasion, and the dryer was not working the best, but location was good if you don’t need a view. Plenty of room in bedrooms and bathrooms. More seating in living area downstairs might have been nicer. Great communication with owner. He got right back to us on everything.

We had a great time at this property. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all the basic items, nice to see the hot tub water is changed after each stay. Plenty of room for our family (kids and adults). Great location and parking space. Will stay again.

Before our scheduled trip, any questions I had were answered almost immediately by our host Justin. The cabin was clean and loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The cabin was secluded but was in one of the most convenient locations I have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Would absolutely stay there again.

Family Vacation

I’ll start with the goods of the vacation rental. 1. Location of the property was great. It definitely doesn’t take long to get to town or any of the attractions. 2. Cabin is exactly as pictured in the listing. We had plenty of room for a family of 8. 3. Communication with the host, Justin was good. He answered all of my messages within a timely manner. Now on to the not so good of our stay: When we arrived we purchased around $300 of groceries to fix meals at the cabin to try and save money for other activities. We were not able to cook our food or leave anything laying around on the counters due to a terrible problem with ants. We couldn’t sit at the bar without them crawling on us. They were in the cabinets, crawling in the silverware drawers and throughout several other cabinets. Anytime we used any dishes we had to wash them beforehand. I messaged Justin and an exterminator came out the next day although that didn’t help the problem. I sent pictures and videos of the ants to the owner and explained to him that we spent $300 in groceries and were unable to cook due to the ants because every time you sat something on the counter the ants were crawling on it. Other than fighting ants the entire trip and losing around $300 in groceries we had a great trip.

Amazing stay, Incredible host.

This property was exactly as promised. Location within a 5min. drive to the La Conte Center area. 4 huge bedrooms with full bathrooms in each! SUPER CLEAN! And the hot tub was pristine. They change the water after every guest!!! Media room was another plus with huge TV, pool table, theater seating. But the best part about this property, the HOST. He made the processes so easy and streamline. He returned messages quickly and his information was thorough. We did not need anything while we were there, but I am confident he would have responded immediately if we had any issues. LOOK NO FUTHER, STAY HERE!

Beautiful and clean

Friends and family were on a motorcycle trip. The location was convenient. Beautiful cabin with everything we needed . The host Justin, was very easy to reach about a general question. We loved the 4 king beds that were all comfortable and every bedroom has its own bath.
