Guests are welcome to enjoy access to shared outdoor amenities, including a picnic and grilling area, a laundry room with coin-operated machines, and a convenient vending machine. Parking is open and shared, with no assigned spaces available!

There is no on-site office, so please review your check-in instructions before arrival to ensure a smooth and easy entry into your studio.

-Bathroom & Shower Layout
The bathroom is slightly elevated and requires one step up to enter. The walk-in shower features an overhead rain shower and includes a single step down inside.

About the Area
The property is located in a quiet setting with convenient access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Due to nearby facilities, guests may occasionally notice an odor about a mile away—most commonly on Monday mornings or after humid rain. It’s typically not noticeable, but we share this in advance for full transparency

Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee.
