What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our host went above and beyond in every way—quick communication, helpful recommendations, and thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely welcome. The location of Hummingbird Hill is excellent if you are visiting Dollywood or going to Gatlinburg. We had a beautiful view of the hills, but were close to amenities. The hosts were very responsive to our requests. We had 8 adults and two toddlers and the space was very good for all to have their own space.

Great location and Excellent Communication

The location of the cabin was a huge reason we chose. The central location in Pigeon Forge and the ease of getting to Gatlinburg made our stay very enjoyable and easy to commute to anywhere we wanted to go. We’ll definitely be recommending this cabin to family and friends. The host was GREAT to work with when it came to communicating and answering all of my questions prior to the trip.

Perfect Getaway in Pigeon Forge!

Our stay at this incredible home in Pigeon Forge was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your trip, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the gorgeous scenery each day was a highlight of our stay. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of room for relaxation.One of the best parts was the hosts. They were super communicative and made sure that our experience was seamless. Their attention to detail and responsiveness truly set this rental apart. If you’re looking for the perfect homebase in Pigeon Forge, this place is a gem! Highly recommend!

Great location

Cabin was great! Beautiful. Clean. Location was great. Only issue we had was the smoke alarm in the main level bedroom went off at 1:05 am our first night and again a second time 3-5 minutes later. Shot us straight from our bed! 👀 we found extra pillows but no pillowcases. We did have issues with the cabin across from us using our parking but that is out of control of the owner because they have clear signs pointing out parking.

Girls outing

Enjoyed our stay in this clean roomy cabin. There was a group of eight ladies that were classmates friends most since the first grade !! We had a great stay ! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable . The cabin was very clean and the host was very fast in communicating with any questions. Definitely recommend and if ever come back with a large group will book again! Also she had some other cabins that are smaller. Also, the location was perfect !

Great place to stay!

Our youth group rented this cabin at the end of January for our annual trip to Gatlinburg for a conference. The location was perfect and the cabin was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were great at sending communication and responding quickly (even when I was busy and wasn’t great at it!) overall great stay and would definitely stay here again! :)

Great house! Very spacious and clean. Excellent location!!! The TV’s were all difficult to operate. Some of the remotes didn’t even have batteries. No DVDs in the house to use with DVD player. Bring your own fire stick or something and you will be fine. Otherwise everything was great!

Excellent group trip

I led a group of 10 senior adults from our church to attend a conference in Pigeon Forge. Hummingbird Lodge was an ideal location. It was a short drive to the Leconte Center. We had plenty of room to spread out and comfortable space to visit and share meals together. The property is very clean and well maintained. When we did have one minor issue, our hosts responded promptly to fix it. We would definitely consider staying here again. A very positive experience.

Amazing Experience!

Fantastic property. Very comfortable, beautiful views, close to Dollywood and other attractions. We had three families, each with two kiddos and it was the perfect size. Kids ranged in age from 1 - 7. Kids loved the game and theatre rooms. Porches are very relaxing and hot tub was on and ready to go as soon as we arrived. I honestly have no complaints, it was ideal for our stay.

Yearly Family Getaway

This was by far the best property we've rented in years. The house had everything you needed to keep the small ones entertained as well as the adult. Location was very convenient to grocery store and outside entertainment. We're already planning our next trip. See you next year.

Great space and great location!

The property was the best place we have ever stayed, and we use VRBO often! It was extremely clean, had plenty of space for everyone to be together for meals and fellowship time in the kitchen/living room/theater room and yet offered privacy for everyone too. The wrap around porches on each level were FANTASTIC! The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded nearly immediately. We will be going back!

Shades of the Past Vacation

Great rental home with lots of get together room and the beds were very comfortable. Ample parking spaces and fairly level lot much better than most made it very accessible. The view of both sunrise and sunset with the mountains were spectacular!

Great cabin for family

I had a great experience with staying in this cabin. It accommodated 13 adults and 3 children, ages 81 to 6. Everyone was comfortable and pleased with the property. The communication was excellent! Any questions I had were immediately answered. I loved the location so close to the Island, Dollywood and Soaky Mountain. Would definitely stay here again. The only concern is that I wasn't able to stay longer.

Great Little Place

This cabin was beautiful and stocked full of games and activities. The only complaint was that the mattresses on the top floor were not comfortable. But, overall stay was excellent!!!!
