This property was perfect for our stay! We were there to enjoy the sights, including Dollywood. The host was very attentive and responded to messages very fast. I was very impressed with this experience and will definitely book this location again. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio and saw 4 baby doe walking by. I also got to experience the visit of the black bear! Another visitor coaxed it back into the woods, but I was able to get a great picture! I have 2 small dogs and they loved this place too. Being a pet friendly rental, I was pleased that you could not even tell that pets have even stayed there. No odors or pet stain damage anywhere. The pictures are true to what the place looks like. Also, just to clarify that Dollywood is about a 10 minute drive. The website states that it is a 9 minute walk, which is not true. You can walk there I guess, but it will take you alot more than 9 minutes. Thanks Samuel for being an outstanding host!

The location of this townhouse is outstanding! We’ll definitely stay there again. The property is older, so has a very tired appearance. We loved it being pet friendly!

Stayed 6 nights with my family. I was comfortable and happy i decided to stay here. Lots of room and 3 bathrooms was great. This rental had everything i needed. Very helpful, kind and courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others. Great location. Close to everything. Was a great getaway. Thank you for having us!

Twice we reached out to someone for immediate help and there was nothing prompt about the response. One was a very loud smoke detector going off twice at one o'clock and one-thirty in the morning. The other was the door not locking. We texted and called both times. Thankfully we were able to fix the issues on our own. The bedrooms were very warm. A fan was given but it didn't circulate enough air to keep it cool. The room with the bunk beds had a weird smell possibly even mold. The stand up shower curtain was too long and while showering you had to kick the curtain out of your way which was gross on the bottom of it. The room was booked for seven people but there wasn't enough towels for seven people. And the back deck as well as the front walk way were in pretty rough shape. We wouldn't even go outside the back because it looked unsafe. Also, the couch had several stains on it. So, we were not satisfied and would not book again.

This property’s location is ideal if you're planning a trip to Dollywood. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which we really appreciated.Just a little constructive feedback on the overall condo: It could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint and replacing the carpet on the stairs, which might help with a lingering stale smoke smell. We also noticed a few areas where the cleaning could be improved...such as a moldy shower curtain....and it may be worth having pest control spray or adding some deterrents, as we saw a few bugs.With a bit of extra attention, this place could be a fantastic stay all around!

The bedrooms had many large flying bugs, including dead bugs on the beds. The beds were not completely made. The kitchen appliances functioned poorly or not at all. The windows were very dirty. The balcony was dirty. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no dishwasher detergent. The bathroom fan in the master bedroom sounded like a jet plane taking off. The property has much potential put the quality of equipment and maintenance of property was inadequate.
