We were very thankful for the clean very comfortable room. Our only problem was with the steps. We are both 74 and it was a bit of a challenge. However, it was our own fault because we were told ahead of time about them…we just thought we were younger than we are:)

Nice property, well maintained on inside.could have used a few more personal amenities.outside needs a thorough cleaning and pressure washing. Dirty, dusty , spider webs on all balconies w/ big spiders.

It was a wonderful stay at the cabin with my family. The cabin is peaceful, spacious, and had all the resources we needed to accommodate us. This place was out of site, and we loved access to all the patios throughout the house. My oldest daughter came home and said that her clothes smelled really good like the cabin and that she wanted to go backThank you guys so much!

Family Vacation

We had stayed at this property twice now and each time it's been great. Love the location. The only complaint is the pool - each time it's been dirty, and the kids have not been able to enjoy this feature.

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We loved all of the private balconies off each room and the kitchen was a great size. Over all the over all experience was great. Location was superb! Fifteen minutes to Gatlinburg, 5 minutes to The Island, minutes from Dollywood and the main strip with all the attractions.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and had a nice setup. The only downside was the cleanliness. I had to go get stuff to clean the 10 inches of dust on the back of the bed. Didn't want my dog on the carpet upstairs due to many stains, and the curtains were full of dust. With a good cleaning, the place would be perfect!

Spring Break/Rod Run 2025

We found it hard to find a place to stay in Pigeon Forge for spring break since it fell on the same week as Rod Run then I came across Scarlett's Lair. I was excited it was in Pigeon Forge and had everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay and loved it was close to everything but still not in the busy part of town. Was clean and homey and had all the necessities needed for a fun filled weekend. Liked that we could hear Dollywood from our balcony and how close it was to get to Dollywood since we visited there during our stay. Would highly recommend the condo and would stay here again.

Pleasant Stay!!

Overall, it was a great stay. There were a couple of things that need attention but nothing worth not going back over. Positives are the location, communication with owner, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped with everything you can think of. Negatives are it’s somewhat outdated though we could see where improvements are being made. The water pressure when it comes to flushing toilets is low; had to flush at least twice to get paper down. There was a good bit of mold in master shower. The upstairs doesn’t get warm yet the downstairs will burn you out. Also, didn’t like having an outside door right next to bed so we put our kids in the master room with the king bed while we took the queen. There was also an overly abundant smell of weed when we came back in the second day from town. Almost like someone had been In there while we were gone though nothing seemed to be touched?! Lastly, the upstairs master room vent was broke and covering the hole not allowing much heat out at all. Bring your own blankets!!!!! We loved the table had 5 chairs which was perfect for us. Most places only have 4. It has really nice furnishings inside and out which is great considering it is pet friendly! It does have carpet upstairs that appeared to have staining but nothing to bad. Great views off balconies!!! The only other thing I can think could be a problem for some is parking at night. We managed to find a spot each night but it was packed and no extra room if you were to have a second car.

Scarlets Lair

Location was great. The pool was drained and not in the unit and there was no hot tub. Only one set of towels so had to wash while we were there. Not a great view but had a great time with family. No remotes to the bedroom tvs available.
