The stay was great and it’s by everything, however I only had one wash cloth and it was two of us. I asked housekeeping if I could get another wash cloth. Other than that it was great

Rooms were unexpectedly clean, tidy and spacious, beds were comfortable. Outside needs some work. I would not allow a disabled truck set in the lot of my hotel parking lot. The truck is as at best sketchy!!

Really good property for the price, close to everything I’ve stayed on different hotels there and this was the best by far. I’ll definitely book it again

Room was newly remodeled and clean. No Amenities, pool has not been open in years, ice machine was a scoop out type that could easily be contaminated. You had to call a phone number to have someone check you in.

This place was great! We booked online last minute, and we were a little skeptical. We booked based on other reviews. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check out the room before we got checked in. Check in was quick and easy. The room itself was nice and clean! We even had a river view. And we couldn’t beat the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Forgot to change my arrival date and went to the default of the same day. Would not give a refund and allow me reschedule for the date that I wanted. Yes it was my mistake,..but really? You couldn’t just give me a break… and let me reschedule for the actual date that I wanted? Now I keep getting requests to review my stay. What stay? Oh well… that’s life!

No hot water to shower, fridge was worn and looked dirty. Pool was not open and green. But you can tell that they are doing work on it and the staff was super nice, but still can't give it more than 2 stars just because the front desk staff was nice.

First of all…the address was the wrong location for the booking, and they said they didn’t have reservations for me, secondly that location customer service representative sent me to another place. Once I arrived at this location, Best Western Toni Inn, they said that was not correct. This customer service representative, then began to look online and investigate and look at my reservation itinerary, called the office at this location, and they couldn’t even describe to us what they were next to so we could locate this hotel. It was all a little sketchy, they didn’t understand what was going on, nor were they helpful. Once we figured out where the location for my reservations were, the address was not correct, the signage in front of the hotel was way different than what was posted online so I just canceled my reservations and booked somewhere else. I wasn’t able to get any information through expedia.com either so I’ll be calling the one 800 number customer service option to figure out what occurred and to make sure that this wasn’t a legit place and not fraudulent reservation bookings for other customers in the future.

The room was clean and unexpectedly located next to a small stream with ducks and geese. I was also surprised to find that it had a balcony as well. The staff was excellent! Shout out to Das! I was staying for 3 days and asked for extra coffee for the room. He hand delivered a bag full of hotel coffee that would have been enough for a family of 4. Great experience at an extremely great value.

UNACCEPTABLE SAFTEY CONCERNS! DO NOT RECOMMEND! WE felt so unsafe at this hotel that we refused to stay, and to make matters worse, we were denied a refund! Upon arriving, we were shocked by the condition of the surrounding area and the lack of security at this property. The area appeared dirty, poorly maintained, and had people hanging around who made us extremely uncomfortable. What concerned us most was that the hotel had two entrances, including one facing an outside river area that appeared accessible to anyone. We felt this entrance was not adequately secured and could potentially allow someone to force their way into the building. As travelers, our personal safety is not negotiable. We did not feel comfortable staying at this property and decided to leave rather than risk our safety. Despite these concerns we were not given a refund through Expedia. it is absolutely unacceptable to expect guests to stay somewhere they genuinely feel unsafe or lose their money. We paid for a hotel room expecting a reasonably safe and comfortable environment. Instead we were left feeling uneasy disappointed and financially penalized for choosing our safety. My advise: Think twice before booking this property, especially if safety and security are important to you. We would NEVER book here again! One star is more than this experience deserves.

The room was basically decent although the property was in terrible disrepair. I almost didn’t stay except for I had prepaid and would’ve been out the money. Expedia charged about 20% more than the property itself charges. There are absolutely no amenities and the property looks abandoned. It’s in a good location so if all you’re looking for is a bed that’s conveniently located you’ll get that.

We got in late and had to call a # and it only took a couple of minutes and he was down and had me checked in quickly. We were exhausted and knew we were only going to need a few hrs. of sleep. It was perfect! Dated but VERY clean. Great location to everything. Definitely cleaner and bigger than the hotel we stayed in for the rest of our stay.
