Fun lil cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. We even got to see a black bear! Inside the cabin my kids loved the pool and the all the games. The beds are very comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. Only thing I will say / try to remember for our next visit will be to bring some kind of bathroom organizer as the upstairs bathroom has no storage around the sink.

Well kept and also well up to date. Outdoor and indoor pool is amazing. But the steep driveway so if you are nervous on driving big hills this one has a really steep driveway.

The bad - the driveway will fuel nightmares for the entirety of your stay and every single time you think about renting a cabin in the future, the AC does not work well at all, the amount of communication from both the rental company and the owners was more than excessive.

We roasted marshmallows over the fire and genuinely had a nice vacation. The driveway is a bit steep but I’m from WV so I’m used to steep driveways.

Reviewer Comments: My family found this beautiful cabin because it was important for us to have an indoor pool and a hot tub.It was so inviting, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was clean and all of the furnishings were well kept, too! Our families loved being able to let our kids (and us) swim without having to go outside or leave the cabin. We had days away and came back and the pool was the perfect end of day wind down! Loved the cabin, loved the location to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I will (and already have) recommend this to others seeking a perfect mountain getaway!

Reviewer Comments: This was the biggest mistake I have ever made renting this cabin,We were told it had a steep driveway but in reality it was a leaning wall and once you get up it in 4wd it is almost impossible to turn around I believe I damaged my breaks and transmission,I wouldn’t stay if they gave me a free week

Thank you so much much to Kathryn and Kurt H. You are true blue🕊️💙 By the way, the drive way made it more exciting and I am glad we had the right car for it.😉

Family vacation fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was GREAT!! We wouldn't stay again only because of the driveway. My husband and myself are afraid of heights. The driveway didn't have much of a turnaround to go back down. Otherwise the cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was so great for our family. My husband was a little disappointed that we didn't receive a call back when trying to teach someone. We were trying to find a Parking alternative. Otherwise communication was helpful.

The cabin did not have cable TV or DVD players as advertised. Lack of storage and items sitting out made the cabin feel cramped. The other amenities served a useful purpose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this cabin, it is very unique and filled with lots of nice touches. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need, the cabin has a pool and a hot tub, video games, board games, etc. It was very very clean and is probably one of the best cabin rentals we've ever had. And its location was really excellent and easy to all the things to do in Pigeon Forge and surrounding locations. The ONLY caution, be careful of the driveway if you are driving a big vehicle as it is very steep. We were in a 12 passenger vehicle and had a pretty difficult time getting in and out of it each day.

They sent emails and texts with our codes, directions, and even after we got to the cabin to make sure it met our expectations. The day before we were to leave, we received a text and an email on how to check out. The cabin was clean and the pool was spotless. Everything worked as it should except the master bath jacuzzi tub. The driveway is very, very steep.

We Didn’t Want to Leave This Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We lucked out by finding the best cabin in the neighborhood! Everything was perfect. It’s a very large living space with countless different hang-out areas. If you love cooking, you will find every possible kitchen item stocked. Everything was super clean and perfectly functioning. Our favorite parts were the tastefully decorated Christmas decor, the pool, the hot tub, the many decks overlooking the property, the comfortable living and sleeping areas... The community pool is pretty large, clean and lots of seating. Our only complaint is that we didn’t get to see a bear! We can’t wait to book this cabin again in the future.

The parking blew my mind how you have to go up the driveway it is very very very up high and long lol but I do like the million steps that comes down beside the driveway in case you wanted to walk up it because if it is snowing you will be stuck up there lol. But you will have all the fun possible because it’s in great location literally minutes from the store and all the attractions. Quite neighborhood... only thing is I own some air Bnb’s and if I could say anything to up the place I would definitely say add seasonings in the cabinet even if it’s just salt and pepper it will help and Go a long way... overall I give the place a 10/10😘

Reviewer Comments: ALTHOUGH THE CABIN IS BEAUTIFUL IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE STRESS.I took a vacation to get some rest from work.Unfortunately between the all the texts and emails from the owner and the resort made it impossible to distress.We were supposed to check in at 3 and planned our travel accordingly. We get a text stating we will let you know when it will be ready. Not acceptable!We get a text early the next morning from maintenance wanting to know if we checked in. WELL let see I am on vacation and want to sleep in. Not going to happen at this resort!To top it off the constant text from the owner on how to leave the cabin. Well I understood the first time I got a text.A total of 23 text over the weekend is a bit excessive. And the real topper was when staff came at 9:40 when check out was 10 am. Darn you couldn't have ready for my check in time.Don't rush me to get out before check out!And you should advise people about the drive way. I don't think most people are willing to take their vehicle up that impossible drive way.I will never recommend that cabins to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the description on a small incline to cabin is very misleading,it a very steep hill to get ’s not handicap accessible a that’s to start. The cabin description said heated pool which it isn’t,they said there is a theater room, which is not true and no pool table no dvd/blue ray player. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin to anyone let alone go back for the money spent to stay we could’ve got a Presidential suite, and paid lessWith of the amenities that we wanted the cabin was not clean. Also, there was cobwebs hanging from everywhere.Very very very unhappy with the cabin good luck to anyone who rents it

Pool, hot tub and kitchen were great. Sleeps 9, but no room big enough for that many people to gather or eat together. Xmas decorations are past their prime. Tried to fluff fireplace garland and met with huge puffs of dust. The floors were not clean - kids' bare feet were black. Downstairs toilet runs constantly unless you jiggle handle, and water pressure in kitchen sink was very low. Kitchen pots and pans with handles need to be replaced, as handles no longer stable for cooking. Master bedroom very small - no place to put all the pillows plus luggage. Get rid of pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Had a great time, but house needs deep cleaning, refreshing and some new furniture. Excellent communication with propeerty management and great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had high hopes for this rental, considering how much we paid for just a few days. However, when we got there the pool ladder was broken. Had we not noticed, it would have hurt the kids as they got into the pool. The owners were very responsive and did fix it the next day. You also have to be very careful on the stairs in the house. I wish they had runners. I fell on the stairs from kid's wet feet and busted my elbow trying to catch myself.Also, the drive is very steep. We couldn't get our 12 passenger van to the top. We did once, and then it took forever getting it turned around, so we ended up parking at the base, which is over 60 stairs to the bottom.The worst part though was that the air conditioning didn't work. It was 81 degrees in the house. It was miserable. When I asked for a voucher or money back, the management said They would review and call back. They never did. I can change review if they do call back. Overall, the kids enjoyed the pool, the owners were attentive, but I would not book this cabin again.
